The RN at the beginning of my surgery was trying to put in the IV, but he couldn't. He was rude and told me that if he could not do it, I was not going to have my surgery. RUDE So I asked for a different nurse, and she was able to get the IV started, and she apologized for the guy outside of that, it was good
