The first 24-48 hours

After two and a half hours, the surgery was complete, and I was fitted with pads and a compression vest. Before leaving, I was scheduled for my post-op, ready to take the next step toward recovery.
The first 24-48 hours
After the procedure, the first 24 hours were rough, and I felt very sore. However, I didn't give up and continued to push through. The following 48 hours were even worse, but I refused to let the pain defeat me. I took proactive steps to address it and called to refill my medication, which was ready within minutes. With another day of rest, I could feel myself getting stronger and better.
