I found Dr. Brackup and his office after a terrible experience at another plastic surgeon’s practice, and from the moment I walked in, I felt immediately comfortable. After my consultation, he recommended a lower face and neck deep plane facelift, a neck lift, an endoscopic brow lift, and upper eyelid surgery. I scheduled my procedure for December, but unfortunately had to cancel a few weeks prior due to an illness in my family. When I called the office, they were unbelievably kind and understanding. There were no issues rescheduling for January. A few weeks before that date, I again had to postpone because of the same family illness. Once more, the staff was incredibly compassionate and accommodating. We ultimately rescheduled my surgery for April 2025. On the day of surgery, everything went smoothly. When I woke up from anesthesia, Dr. Brackup told me he had decided not to perform the upper eyelid procedure because he felt I didn’t truly need it. I was shocked — and absolutely thrilled. That level of honesty and integrity meant so much to me. I am beyond happy with my results. I couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Brackup and his entire team. From the very first visit through surgery and follow-up care, I felt supported and genuinely cared for. He is not only an exceptional surgeon but also a fine man who truly prioritizes his patients’ well-being. I couldn’t be happier with my experience or my results.

Dr. Brackup performed my lower blepharoplasty, and the results are amazing. The puffiness, dark circles, and tired look that made me feel older than my age are gone. He made me feel confident and fully informed about the procedure, and his bedside manner is outstanding—calm, kind, and confident. Just one week post-op, the incisions are barely noticeable. His staff are incredibly kind and knowledgeable, the office runs on time, and you’re never rushed during appointments. I am thrilled with my results and would highly recommend Dr. Brackup.

I wish I would have found Dr. Brackup sooner! Back in 2013 I had permanent filler injected near my eyes. This was performed by a different dr. Since then i have been dealing with facial granuloma in areas near my eyes. The Dr. who performed the filler injection was unable to help and just made my eye area worst. I went to Dr, Brackup for a consultation. He was understanding and gave me several options. He was able to inject the granulomas with little bruising... 6 weeks later the area remain soft and granulomas undetectable. My husband and friends say that I look 10 years younger. When I look in the mirror, I now see the younger version of myself that I remember from what feels like a lifetime ago. 5 weeks ago Dr. Brackup gave me a fully ablative CO2 face peel. But don’t let the word ‘peel’, fool, you — I’ve had many a peel in my lifetime, but the results are far beyond anything I’ve experienced before, including several series of Fraxel and other fractionated laser peels, ExcelV Laser, V Beam and various chemical peels. Dr Brackup was meticulous and did not miss even 1 mm of my face, including my eyelids and under eyes right up to the lashes. That painstaking thoroughness has given me an all over lift and tightening that truly appears equal to a facelift, but with the added benefits of sun damage removal and collagen remodeling that will continue for the next 3 to 4 months. My sister is so impressed that she has already scheduled the same procedure with Dr. Brackup for next month! A word about the office / nursing team — just like Dr. Brackup, the staff are friendly, supportive, considerate, respectful and compassionate. If you choose this organization for your procedure, you’ll be in great hands. By the way, I live in the LA area, so I’m accustomed to world renowned providers. I flew out to have Dr. Brackup do this procedure, and I can happily report that I am very glad I did! A before and after photo is below, the after photo is at 5 weeks post procedure. I had no skin makeup on in either photo. I’m still a little pink, which will subside in the coming weeks. For now, I wear anti-red beauty balm, which covers it completely.

I recently learned that Dr. Brackup has once again been the recipient of "Top Doctor" award in 2025, and that is no surprise! I have been visiting his office over the last 6 years or so. I have had eyelid surgery, laser resurfacing, and a chemical peel with Dr. Brackup and I am really happy with the results. He has a wonderful bedside manner—calm, knowledgeable, and attentive—which immediately put me at ease. I continue to visit the office regularly to see Stacey for Botox treatments, and she is fantastic—skilled, friendly, and always makes me feel comfortable. The entire staff is warm, professional, and welcoming. One of the things I really appreciate is that there is never a wait; appointments run on time, and the office itself is close and convenient.

I have a high regard for Dr Brackup and his staff. I have had two in-office procedures : a Hetter for wrinkles around my lips and an upper eyelid lift and both went smoothly. The procedures were explained thoroughly, the procedure care by Dr Brackup and staff were superb and the aftercare follow up which included lots of first rate products , was healing, generous and thorough. Since that time I have had laser treatments and most often, chemical exfoliation and dermaplane procedures with Stacey. She is a terrific, caring and professional esthetician with an RN degree including advanced training in medical procedures and hospital emergency room work. I will stop my facial care treatments rather than see anyone but Stacey. I really love her.

From my very first phone call to the office staff to my 1month post op recovery appointment, Dr. Brackup and his entire staff have been informative, attentive and caring. Everyone I have met with during this process has been knowledgeable and thorough, explaining in detail any concerns I have had, as well as ongoing questions. I’m happy to report that my surgery went very smoothly and the results are meeting my expectations 1month post op. It is exactly as Dr. Brackup explained to me in our initial consultation. He is the best. If you want to make sure you gat the results you are looking for go to Dr Brackup. I got lots of compliments on my eyelid surgery and my stitches are not even visible. Dr. Brackup is an amazing, caring surgeon. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain the procedures fully and how recovery would feel. Anytime after the surgery I could call the office with any questions and they got back to you right away, even on a Sunday night! He is an artist and I am very happy with my results. I had my surgery done 2/2024 and I had been to 3 or 4 Dr's for consults before Dr Brackup. I was not really comfortable with any of them, best way I can explain it is you just know it when you found the right surgeon. There was no hesitation to book the surgery so I knew I found the right surgeon. Highly recommend.
