Honest, Skilled, and Beyond My Expectations

I found Dr. Brackup and his office after a terrible experience at another plastic surgeon’s practice, and from the moment I walked in, I felt immediately comfortable.
After my consultation, he recommended a lower face and neck deep plane facelift, a neck lift, an endoscopic brow lift, and upper eyelid surgery. I scheduled my procedure for December, but unfortunately had to cancel a few weeks prior due to an illness in my family. When I called the office, they were unbelievably kind and understanding. There were no issues rescheduling for January.
A few weeks before that date, I again had to postpone because of the same family illness. Once more, the staff was incredibly compassionate and accommodating. We ultimately rescheduled my surgery for April 2025.
On the day of surgery, everything went smoothly. When I woke up from anesthesia, Dr. Brackup told me he had decided not to perform the upper eyelid procedure because he felt I didn’t truly need it. I was shocked — and absolutely thrilled. That level of honesty and integrity meant so much to me.
I am beyond happy with my results. I couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Brackup and his entire team. From the very first visit through surgery and follow-up care, I felt supported and genuinely cared for. He is not only an exceptional surgeon but also a fine man who truly prioritizes his patients’ well-being.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience or my results.
