Humiliating experience - they refused to take responsibility
I had an horrible humiliating experience at Contour Clinics in Brisbane. The first time I visited in August 2023 for a Botox treatment performed by Jessica. However, when I returned 11 weeks later, my concerns about the fading effects were not properly addressed. Jessica administered another standard dose of Botox without considering that my forehead was still partially frozen, which resulted in a droopy eyelid.
Upon seeking assistance at the clinic, I received poor treatment
