Laser Hair Removal

No results after 12 laser hair removal sessions on my bikini

I completed atleast 12 laser hair removal sessions on my bikini with them after buying 2 packages. I repeatedly told them I was seeing less results after about 4 treatments but they just kept saying I would require more treatments. I then found out at one of my last sessions that one of the ladies had turned the laser level down on multiple visits even after I told her I wasn't seeing results. I called and asked for a refund considering this information and the fact that most if don't all the hair has grown back and I now have to pay another company to get the results I already paid for. They informed me they could refund me $91 not even close to the $1200 I paid for the minimal results that were achieved.

I Would Not Go Here Again

Back in April of 2019, I went for a sclerotherapy treatment using a Groupon I had purchased. Only the front of my legs was treated on the initial visit, because my blood pressure dropped dangerously low. We rescheduled for 2 weeks later. On that visit, the front of my legs was retreated, as I had seen zero results after the first visit. The back of my legs was treated also, followed up by the laser that was supposed to work on the spider veins. Several weeks after this treatment, I saw Zero results. I phoned them and informed them that I was not seeing any results and requested a refund. I was told I would need to come in so they could look at the veins. I went and I was informed that they do not give refund, but they could retreat me. Mind you, I had to drive one hour each way to get to this office. I was reluctant to take them up on the offer, as I really wasn't sure it was going to work. To be honest, I don't believe they know enough about veins and I don't believe the people who work in this office really know what they're doing. Because I didn't want to lose all of my money, I did decide to come back for a retreatment. I was informed that the laser they had used on my previous treatment was not the correct laser, as it was not powerful enough to even get rid of the spider veins. I was informed that the correct laser would be there on my next visit. I showed up for the visit and that laser still was not there. You would think they would have called me to reschedule the treatment, but they did not. I didn't say anything about it because I didn't want to feel like I was complaining about everything. They retreated my legs front and back, but used no laser on the spider veins. Several weeks later, I still see no results. Additionally, I still have every single spider vein I had in the beginning because they never used that laser. They did try to use the sclerotherapy on some of the spider veins, but that was not effective either. I don't know that they're using enough solution and I don't know that they know what they're doing. I have attempted to contact them numerous times over the last few weeks and have not received a return call. I have had an attorney reached out to them as well, and the manager, her name is Bao, still has not attempted to respond to him either.
