I started getting monthly facials over a year ago. I wish I had done this sooner but it's never too late to start if you're considering it. My most recent procedure was microdermabrasion. I like this procedure in the summer since I'm outside often and it's not so harsh as a chemical peel. I always go to Tina Gamble, she's great!

I decided to use Coeur D Alene Plastic Surgery for my Cool Sculpting procedure of my upper arms. They were very professional from the beginning. I went in for my appointment at 1:00 pm Thursday afternoon and the procedure lasted until approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes 70 minutes on each arm which was the time they allowed for it from the beginning. I thought everything was going well. Everything went if without a hitch.
Here is where the problem comes in. I paid
I had coolsculpting done back in 2016 before they upgraded their machines. It was almost worse than giving birth in my experience. I had my lower abdomen done and it ended up as the little block of fat that they had to massage out. This time, there wasnt a big block of fat, there was nearly NO pain whatsoever other than the Initial freeze for about 3 minutes and it went extremely well and fast! Last time, I had to bed for neurontin pills because it was absolutely unbearable
