Chemical Peel
Q I got 5 sessions of chemical peel on buttocks for acne scars/dark skin but no results.
A Buttock skin is very sensitive and healing is unpredictable. Risks of hyperpigmentation are higher as the skin of buttock does not regenerate like face. The key is to perform mild peels for long period of time and use topical creams on a daily basis. If there is continuing active acne the result may not be visible due to new scar formation. Fractionated CO2 laser in mild settings for longer period of time may be an alternative.

A This is called prominent ears. It can be corrected by a procedure called otoplasty.
this is performed under local anaesthesia , from behind the ears. The ear cartilage is molded that helps reduce the prominence of the ears. but a plastic surgeon has to assess your health and the anatomy of the ears to advice you the appropriate course of action.

Q I had my breast augmentation 10 days ago... is it safe to get Botox injected under my armpits?
A please inform your surgeon about the surgery. Botox under arm if done carefully is safe after Breast augmentation.

Q Breast Augmentation can affect the result of my lung X Ray? pls help me I'm so worried.
A Breast Implants do not hinder radio-logical views of the lungs. But do inform the radiologist that you have an implant.

Breast Augmentation
Q Areola reduction scars 5 months post op. Does it look normal? (Photo)
A The result so far is acceptable in that region. The scar is still in remodeling phase, it can be improved by several techniques as my colleagues have suggested. In my experience co2 fractionated laser sessions also helps to improve the texture and color of the scar.
