The doctor was great, Very honest before the surgery. And I’m still recovering. I’m almost 3 months in and I look great, and feel great. Everyone here is amazing, and very friendly. They make sure every appointment I come to by sending reminders in advance.

After losing 140lbs, I had a lot of loose skin and fat hangover. Dr. Gonzalez completely changed everything. He was kind and informative. He was efficient and precise. I had a small complication after and the entire staff including Dr. did everything to fix it. Now, everything is perfect. I will be going back.

I love Dr Zavala. He's been doing my botox for years. He listens and that is, unfortunately, rare these days. I look natural and he delivers consistent results every time. Recently he has been treating my jaw as well because I clench at night and it causes bad headaches. I am happy to say that it is working. My face looks great and my headaches are gone. Dr Zavala is a great doctor but I think he is good man as well. You can also tell from the general vibe of the clinic. The staff have always been very good to me.

I have had some difficulties in the past with procedures in Canada. But after consulting with a few surgeons, I felt instantly that Edgardo D Zavala-Alarcon MD was the most capable & experienced to move forward with. I highly recommend Rosie, Stepanie and the entire staff. They have been so patient & kind. It has been amazing having them explain everything to make the planning go smoothly. I had diastasis recti (abdominal separation of the transverse abdominal muscles) which caused back pain, loose skin from pregnancy as well as new love handles and arms that made me feel self-conscious. After my younger sister, a nurse practitioner, booked with Dr Gonzales and I saw her results, then my mom’s as well (yep we have a family punch card here) I booked with full confidence that this procedure would change my life. I’m not a tiny woman. I’m 5’9 and wore a size 12/14 despite consistency with workouts and nutrition. Today I’m six weeks post-op with still have swelling but the before and after is remarkable. My belly button is perfection. The way my love handles were liposuctioned helped create a new hour glass figure that I haven’t seen since before kids (except I look better). I felt safe with Dr Gonzalez and I trusted him. Initially I was nervous about the “Twilight Sedation” where you’re sedated during the procedure. This method is less risky and has less side effects than general anesthesia. I may as well had had anesthesia because it occurred for me as the same. I know I could get these result by a more well known branded doctors in the valley and paid three times as much (I got a quote). Know it’s still was an investment and one I don’t regret. I’m almost finished with my divorce and though dating in my 40’s isn’t something I’m looking forward too, I get to do it feeling confident about my body. When my sister and I stand side by side and compare our tummy tuck, our scar and the positioning look almost the same. This tells me Dr Gonzalez is consistent. He produces extraordinary results with attention to detail every time. I’m so glad my sister was referred by a friend of a friend with an impressive after photo shared via text. I know it’s difficult to choose your surgeon with so many options. Look for someone with consistent results and someone who you feel cares about you as a person. I never felt like a number and I felt Dr Gonzalez was invested in my results too. He seems to love what he does. Thank you Dr. Gonzalez .

such a great experience as a new patient at ciao bella cosmetics. staff is friendly and very welcoming. excellent service for their patient and care. clinic is following covid precautions and are very clean. dr. González took great care of me and made sure i felt comfortable before and after my rhinoplasty procedure/surgery. i am very happy with my results and I just want to give a big thanks to dr. González and the team for their great service.

I'm 4 day post op from a BA 350cc, bbl, and lipo with laser lipo. Dr Zavala and his team have taken excellent care of me. I go in for my 1 week post op care this Tuesday 3/16 to hopefully take out my drains.

I had a full mommy makeover with Dr. Zavala in July 2017 pleased to say I’m very proud of my results I couldn’t be happier the service the treatment I got from Ciao Bella Medical spa was by far the best any questions concerns during before and after were always answered and taken care of highly recommend. It is a bit pricey but you know what they say you pay for what you get and definitely well worth it knowing that you’ll have the best care and great results thank you guys hopefully going for my second round in March see you guys soon!

I have never wanted to get a breast augmentation before i was a mom. My breasts were a small B, perky, and had a nice shape. I had many friends that had implants, and it didn't really appea to me at the time. Fast forward i had my son in 2013 i was 29 years old, and i breast fed him for 6 months. I noticed that after i lost some fullness at the top and volume. Now that he is older i felt it was finally the time for me to do something for myself. I decided on Dr.Z he was so sweet and to his time with my consultation. I didn't want to look high profile, unnatural, and i wanted a full C. We decided on a 371CC moderate profile silicone gel implant. I just had my surgery yesterday and I'm not going to lie it's painful right now, but I'm sure it will get better. I'll share my pics along the way. As this site helped me to make decisions about my surgery. Updated on 5 Aug 2020: Day 3 has been the most painful day for me. Not sure why. I have been doing my arm exercises & walking. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I have also kept my breast band on the whole time. Except to share these pics. Had more bruising show up today. Updated on 10 Aug 2020: Went to my Surgeon for my Post Op Checkup today! He said everything is healing perfectly. My breasts look so symmetrical I'm very pleased for how they look at just 1 week after surgery. Can't wait to see how they look in a month or so ! I asked how long he thought i should wear the breast band, based on my healing. He said i didn't have to wear it anymore unless i wanted to. My surgeon said that my right breast had already dropped and my left was starting to. He said my muscles relaxed quicker than most patients ;) which i was very happy to hear? I'm a Hairstylist & a dance teacher/choreographer. So maybe because I'm usually so flexible and active? Not sure but I'm happy! He showed me how to do the massages to soften my implants. So I'm happy to start doing those. Anyways, it was just nice to hear good feedback after a tough week of recovery :) Here are some pics. You can see my left breast looks fuller up top still, but that will change. Even though they dropped at different times, they are still symmetrical. I was worried that if one dropped first i would look so weird haha! Updated on 11 Aug 2020: i realized i never posted many BEFORE pictures. So here's the 3D pics the surgeon took of me before & myself in a bikini top before my BA. My breasts look so small i was a 34B before my breast augmentation. Updated on 12 Aug 2020: I did a lot more yesterday and today and i had the worst nerve pains at the end of both days. Also I'm just exhausted! So to cheer myself up i tried on my old bikini top i had shared a before surgery picture of myself. Just to get excited about after healing is over ;) Also my left side seems to be dropping! Yay Updated on 17 Aug 2020: Thought i would share a 2 week update! My nerve pain is almost gone. They are definitely getting much softer and they are starting to feel like they are actually mine! Haha but seriously at first they felt so strange on my body. My nipple sensitivity is going away on my left side and my right feels totally normal. My scabbing also came off my incision on my left side. Once it comes off the right side i can start wearing the scaraway strips! Which I'm excited about. They still need to settle and drop, i think I'm a little impatient with that part, but i can tell small improvements for sure! Thank you to everyone who has commented and shown support! It's so nice to talk to other women that are going through exactly what you are. Updated on 8 Sep 2020: 5 WEEK UPDATE !! I love my BA so far but i can't wait for the full healing & the fluff! I had some trouble with my right incision. The scab came off around 3 weeks after and there was a section that was still open at the surface. So i went in to my Surgeon to make sure everything was OK. It was sensitive to the recovery bra band and i was worried about infection. He said that it a fine, that it was closed underneath what i saw, it was just where my Scab came off, so they added surgical glue to make it more comfortable until it healed. My left breast has dropped a little but still a tiny bit high. What Do you guys think? It's hard when your watching for progress everyday, to tell if they are settling like i want them to. Still love them & i can't wait till I'm completely healed and don't have to wear a recovery bra everyday :/ Appreciate your input ? Updated on 18 Oct 2020: Figured i would take some pics I'm just over 2.5 months Post BA! I do love them for sure but i feel like i have been driving myself crazy waiting for my left side to drop fully. So maybe you guys can tell me if you see a difference from my last pictures till now? I have had to go back to my surgeon twice now bc i have a small spot on my right breast incision that won't heal :( It's uncomfortable and i actually had a "Spinninh stitch" push out of it 2 days ago. My surgeon said that the internal layers of stitches take longer to dissolve and sometimes the body will push it out if it doesn't dissolve fast enough. So I'm hoping that now that the stitch is out it will stop preventing that small spot from closing ! It's been driving me nuts and i was in tears the other day! But besides that everything is good. Please comment to tell me if you guys see a difference from my last pictures to now. :)
