have been a patient of Cheng Plastic Surgery for over a decade and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for any procedure, whether it be minor or surgical. I recently had a modified rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Jacqueline Cheng—-modified in that I had requested only the tip of my nose to be reconstructed, no work on or breaking of the bridge bone. She spent a great deal of time with me going over the options of simply reconstructing the tip of my nose, vs. a full rhinoplasty and in the end, I still opted for just having the tip reconstructed. I also opted to remain awake during my surgery, yes, I know—-awake! That is simply a personal decision on my part, as I’m not keen on general anesthesia when it is not 100% necessary, which, in this case it wasn’t. The entire staff before during, and after my procedure was and continues to be nothing short of incredible. Dr. Jacqueline’s dedication and commitment to professionalism, extraordinary medical/surgical care, and desire to achieve the highest aesthetic results possible is above anything I have ever experienced. Her honesty and forthrightness about what I hoped to achieve and what the outcome actually may be, was welcomed and very much appreciated. She did not build up any false hope or sugarcoat anything that I would experience. It has been a little over three months now since my surgery, and I am beyond thrilled with what I see so far. Dr. Jacqueline made it very clear on more than one occasion that I would not see full results until almost a year after my surgery. That can sometimes be a tough message to receive when you are electing to have a surgical procedure done to your face, but I can assure you the results are already visible and I am elated. The dedication, and care does not end post surgery. I still go every three months for follow-up visits and Dr. Jacqueline takes exemplary care to examine not only the healing, but also the aesthetic results. I would never trust my face or any other part of my body to any other plastic surgery facility. I have referred at least four or five of my friends to this facility and all of them have walked away with the same high opinion, and have been overjoyed with the surgical team and their results!

I had a great experience at Dr. Cheng's office! Aesthetician Nam Saha did a great job designing a custom hydrofacial for me. The combination of serums was exactly what my face needed! Great professionalism, positive vibes and long lasting results. Highly recommend!

I’ve been here a couple times for Botox treatment. The office is very clean and all staff is very friendly. Dr. Cheng answered all my questions and I loved that other treatment was not pushed on me. I feel very confident that I will reach the results that I desire.
