Kybella 100% Satisfied with my Results

I'm a 54 year old grandmother & I've always been subconscious of my double chin especially since gaining weight. I went to an open house at Carolina Laser and Cosmetic Center. Dr Anne White was very informative about the procedure & sensitive to our concerns. When I went for my procedure everyone was very kind & attentive. Because my neck was so large Dr White recommended 3 vials (115 injections!!!) Post-op I was very swollen, red & sore & stayed "full" for about 6-8 weeks. As that time passed I noticed that my neck was actually getting smaller!! I have been so pleased with my results it has inspired me to embark on a weight loss adventure! I now have lost 38lbs & still working toward my goal! Updated on 21 Sep 2016: To say I was worried is an understatement! But I'm glad that I was patient!

I will have to deal with these messed up lips for a year now

Horrible experience here. Nursing staff seems to lack proper training. Doctor was rude and did not focus on my concerns. I complained about how the filler looked in my lips and she basically blamed me. I am so so upset. Please find someone you trust after doing plenty of reviews online. I will have to deal with these messed up lips for a year now. So embarrassing! I just realized that her license has conditions from sanctions from the medica board as I was doing this review

Overpriced Laser Tattoo Removal - Winston Salem, NC

I have went to three places now to get tattoo removal treatments. I've been going for 2 years now and my tattoo is still only halfway faded. I decided to to to Carolina Laser and Cosmetic Center in Winston Salem, NC to give the new "PicoSure" a try. I am giving one star because of PRICE ONLY!!!! I went in for laser tattoo removal, using the Picosure laser. The actual treatment, took all of 30 minutes, and she even missed a corner of my tattoo, which I have documented in picture form. I was there for 2 hours. The price 'scale' was based on an 'estimate' of what a Q-switched laser treatment would cost, how many 'estimated' treatments it would take with a Q-switched laser, and then that doubled, because Picosure lasers are twice as effective. I have been getting laser tattoo removal with a Q-switched laser for a year now, and her 'estimation' of the price of one treatment with a Q-switched laser was 3 TIMES THE PRICE OF THE ACTUAL PRICE I HAD BEEN PAYING. She then DOUBLED THAT PRICE, for a WHOPPING price tag of $1727.00 for one laser treatment, of 25 sq. inches of tattoo. I have a quote from the only other Picosure laser place in the Piedmont region of NC and they charge per sq. inch (As is normal of laser tattoo removal). I will be going to that place for my remaining laser treatments. On the plus side, the staff were all VERY polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and informative of the huge price tag. If I were a millionaire, I would frequent there often for every service they offer. Unfortunately, I am not a millionaire. :-/ Updated on 29 Jun 2018: I CANNOT stress enough how GREAT this place is for PicoSure Tattoo Removal. I found this place right after they opened, and got the remainder of my treatments there. 25 sq. inches of tattoo removal for 400 DOLLARS a treatment! That price is KILLER and all the staff is nice and amazing and goes the extra mile to make you comfortable. There are literally zero wait times. You have to go 30 mins prior to your appointment for numbing (they use a numbing cream and it has to sit with saran wrap on it for that 30 mins) The aesthetician is super nice, personable, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable. She's even very meticulous as to document every visit with before and after photos, asks if you've been in the sun or are planning to be in the sun because she cares about avoiding hypo-pigmentation and writes it all in your file. I cannot recommend this place enough if not for the high quality of service and attention to detail, just for the very affordable price alone. AND I live 10 minutes from this place. Updated on 10 Dec 2018: I had my final appointment for laser tattoo removal at Greystone Aesthetic Center. They have a PicoSure Laser and charge me $400 per treatment for all of these large tattoos combined. They said that they had started waiting 6 months between treatments and the clients noticed more fading in that longer recovery time. They were nice enough to send me the before and after photos they documented during my visits there.
