I am POD 6 and feel like the swelling is subsiding enough to show me what my results will end up being and they are looking great. My suture sites are healing very well and I have not had any real discomfort since POD 1.

I have felt so comfortable and welcome at all moments being in this environment! Star is such an amazing person and she gives off a radiant energy. The experience has been life changing! As an esthetician I understand the skin and how it functions and I have the unique opportunity to treat many clients who have had a facelift. When I do a skin analysis on clients who have had a facelift, I am observant of the length, thickness and location of scars on their face and how their face looks after the surgery. When I made the decision to get a facelift myself, I spent months researching surgeons because with the face there is no room for error and I didn’t want a pulled, stretched look to my face that I have seen all too often and I wanted hidden scars.

I choose Dr. Karam after seeing the results of one of his patients one-month post-surgery. I was so impressed with the natural looking results that I made my decision immediately. That was the first facelift I observed one month after surgery that looked incredibly natural as if she stepped into a time machine and went back to 15 years ago. Her face did not look like she had surgery it looked natural, vibrant and youthful.

The result of my fat transfer, short incision facelift, brow, neck and lip lift were none other than amazing. I healed quickly and the procedure has resulted in me looking 15 years younger. I cannot even begin to describe in words how talented Dr. Karam is. He is not only an artist in facial rejuvenation, but he has a great bedside manner, is caring and took the time to answer all my questions, especially clarifying my confusion on the lip lift procedure, he even showed before and after pictures so I could see the results. I opted to do it and I am thrilled I did.
