The staff was wonderful. From check-in and comforting while assisting with the surgery process. Dr. Lin was very proficient with his knowledge about the medical nose surgery and provided feedback during the process. Dr. Lin was able to provide a successful surgery with liable staff. My experience was great and very thorough. Dr. Lin and his staff took their time with me to explain my options and the breast augmentation process. We went over many options, and Dr. Lin's suggestion for a high profile implant was perfect for me. My end result looks wonderful, and the implants are the perfect size for my body type. Also, my nurses at BI Needham were awesome! They were very friendly and caring.

Dr Lin was amazing he did such a great Job he was so nice and kind he explained everything in such a great way to wear i was not even worried about having the surgery he called me the night before my surgery just to see how i was and to see if i had any questions. that meant a lot i have had several surgeries in the past 3 in which was to remove tumors from both of my breast to wear i had pretty much nothing left. now thanks to Dr Lin I look great i feel so much better about myself everyone loves how i look I'm always getting so many compliments.i have been giving so many people Dr Lin # because everyone loves how he did such a great Job
I was so nervous going into the surgery but the doctor was really patient and supportive. Now my ears look really great and I can wear my hair up. I no longer feel self-conscious about how I look. My only regret is not doing this long ago. Dr. Lin went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly. I am really grateful.
My experience was one that I will always remember! When I first met Dr. Lin and his staff I was treated with compassion and care. I felt heard, and i knew then I came to the right Doctor to do my surgery. I have had this apron belly since I was 22 years old and for years i tried to lose it with Diet and exercise but when you have csection its a littler harder for some. I never knew about this type of surgery until I started hearing about online. And with all the rashes and etc. I have been experiencing I prayed I coud get the surgery done. Now at 50 years old finally here, and I feel amazing. No rashes , no smell, no cysts! No belly on my lap! Cant wait to be able to do all the things I have been wanting to do all those years! I wish no one has to ever go through what I went through on my breast cancer journey, but if I had not chosen Dr. Lin as my surgeon, I don't think my journey would have had the same outcome. He is kind, compassionate, understanding, empathetic, and a perfectionist, in the best of ways. He is unlike any surgeon I have ever met or worked with,(I am an Orthopedic Nurse) and he is a plastic surgeon, remarkably so. I refer him to anyone that has a need for his skills, but he is above and beyond what I expect from a Physician. His office and team of professionals are attentive, caring and are always willing to go the extra mile for their patients. I will never see anyone else in his field of practice.

Wonderful experience with BILH and Dr. Lin! explained everything thoroughly and set expectations. The procedure and recovery went flawless.
