I knew within the first two minutes of meeting the staff on the morning of my procedure (almost 1 month ago) that I made the right decision! Chase and Pearl performed the procedure, along with Dr West, and they were amazing. Their bedside manner is Best in Class. This is the first time, in ANY medical setting, where the entire staff were professional, welcoming, and extremely friendly and comforting. They were so good that I literally wanted to stay longer. Lol. They provided the type of care that I would expect from a reputable medical facility. I highly recommend Bosley Boston! Thank you!
