Consultation review: Questioning the Paperwork is not taken Lightly
I am writing this review because of the way I was treated by this office. I went in for a consultation, met with the doctor, and decided to schedule my surgery. At my pre-op appointment I was asked to sign a large stack of paperwork. I read the paperwork. The description of the procedure I wanted done was incorrect. I had discussed it at length with the doctor and knew we were on the same page, so I pulled those papers out and set them on top. Then there were two full pages
