I am writing this review because of the way I was treated by this office. I went in for a consultation, met with the doctor, and decided to schedule my surgery. At my pre-op appointment I was asked to sign a large stack of paperwork. I read the paperwork. The description of the procedure I wanted done was incorrect. I had discussed it at length with the doctor and knew we were on the same page, so I pulled those papers out and set them on top. Then there were two full pages dedicated to NOT having the right to review this doctor online. At all, ever, no matter what. I signed these, but as a service provider myself I was shocked that I was asked to sign this. So when I was called back to meet with the finance woman I told her the procedure description was incorrect and she stated it was just the choice that the program they use gave them. So I explained I understood that but I didn't want to sign it the way it was written because that was not the procedure I wanted done. She hand wrote on the paperwork the change, then asked me sarcastically if it was OK now. I knew she was irritated, but I didn't think my concern was ridiculous. I signed the papers then. I then asked how they get reviews online if they ban them with the original paperwork. She said they just ask clients to review occasionally. I made a joke, "Oh, you ask your happy clients to review you but the dissatisfied ones aren't allowed?" Well, at this point she said she didn't think I was a good fit for their office and they refunded the money I had put down. They wouldn't let me keep a copy of the paperwork either. This makes me think they must have a lot to hide, but I certainly don't know since they refused to do my procedure because I questioned the paperwork.
