Hello, I am Kimberly, Director of Operations. I did not always live here in beautiful, sunny Florida. I grew up on a farm in Oregon. Honesty and hard work are in great supply on a busy farm. The work was demanding and constant. Success depended upon cooperation and flexibility. Those experiences profoundly shaped me. This helped me to develop a strong work ethic and core values working alongside my family. We relocated to Southwest Florida in 2006, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Supervision and Management. I’ve taken a new role at Blue Ocean Plastic Surgery where I intend to apply that knowledge towards helping our patients. As the Director of Operations, my vision is directing all of our efforts towards a patient-centered experience. It is my distinct pleasure to walk alongside our patients as they achieve their goals with our guidance and assistance. All should feel welcome when they enter and comforted upon their departure.

Hello, my name is Kristen and I am the Clinic Director for Clinical Nursing Operations at Blue Ocean Plastic Surgery. I was born in Brooklyn, New York but I moved to South Carolina when I was a child. I was educated there at Winthrop University where I graduated with honors. I headed south to pursue my nursing degree in sunny Naples, Florida. It was the best thing I ever did. I attended Florida Southwestern University where I graduated with honors and was chosen as the “Most Outstanding Nursing Student”. Upon graduation, I was offered a position as an Emergency Room nurse at Naples Community Hospital. That was the start of my professional career caring for patients. I loved every minute of it. Over the years, I have had the unique privilege to help so many in times of crisis. I used to joke that, “when gravity begins to take its toll, I will go to work for a Plastic Surgeon”. Well, here I am at Blue Ocean Plastic Surgery. You can expect me to treat you as I would treat my own family.

Hello, I’m Chloe, Patient Concierge at Blue Ocean Plastic Surgery. I may be the first person that you meet when you arrive at our office. I hope to make that experience exceptional. Life started for me here in Florida. I was raised in Southwest Florida and moved to Oregon in 2016. I began work at Oregon Health and Science University and this is where I realized my passion for serving patients. Everyone is somebody’s loved one, and it is important to reflect that. After 5 years in Oregon caring for patients, my family and I decided to return to beautiful, southwest Florida. It has been such a privilege for us to return and be near family. I love to travel. I love to record my most memorable moments on camera so I can enjoy them again and again. Traveling and learning about new places and people is my passion. As a Patient Concierge, my only goal is for every patient to have the best care possible and the best experience they could imagine.
