Are my Boobs Normal for Two Weeks Post Op

I am 2 weeks post op and my dr said they were to high and to firm and prescribed me singular… should I be worried about how my breasts are looking right now? He also put 605 cc in each breast I am 5’4 and weight 155 lbs Updated on 29 Jun 2021: I’m 6 weeks post op. Do my breasts look normal for healing process? Also why do I have more roundness and more side boob on my left breast then my right ? Also on the top will it look less square and round out? Updated on 3 Aug 2021: I am 9 weeks post op and I feel like my breasts seem a little uneven. Is this normal? Will they even out? My dr really called me flat chested so I guess that was my size haha and he put 605 cc in each breast. Updated on 3 Aug 2021: I am 9 weeks post op and my incision is not healing correctly on my right side. Is it infected? It closes and then reopens and then like cottage cheese comes out of it. Please help. It doesn’t hurt much Updated on 10 Oct 2023: I feel like my breasts are uneven. My right breast feels higher than my left and more round. My left breast seems larger and more fuller on the bottom but when I get feedback supposedly it’s not even noticeable

Surgery Day

37 years old. 5'6, 148lbs, breastfed 3 children. Youngest child is now 7. I wore an A cup but honestly never fit molded cup bras. I wore bralets. I ended up getting 600CC silicone, under the muscle through the underarm. Updated on 23 Mar 2020: I am in so much pain. I have had 3 children and my appendix perforate and that still was not as painful as this. I am happy to have boobs but had I known how uncomfortable I was going to feel I would not have done it. Updated on 1 Apr 2020: I am no longer in pain. My breast feel itchy and nipples really sensitive with soft strokes. They fee very raw. The bottom parts of my breast feel numb to touch but I can feel pressure. It just feels like the skin tingles, anular to when your foot falls asleep. I showed my dr at my 1 day and 1 week follow ups that the incision on the left was opening noon one end. He said to just put neosporin. It looks really ugly and I fear that it will leave a big scar. I have been using bio oil and the 100% silicon scar gel. The rest of the incision seems to be healing ok. I have a lot of tightness when stretching my arms to reach for stuff. The skin around that down my torso and down my arms feels very raw too. It is very uncomfortable to have my arms straight at my sides. I have to have them lifted a little at all times and the rubbing is very itchy. Although I am happy so far with my breast in my old clothes, I still have my regrets. I hope in more time I won’t feel this way. Updated on 12 Apr 2020: Updated on 7 May 2020: Some dropping. My doctor thinks I’m developing capsular contraction because my left breast isn’t as soft as my right. He said you should be able to touch your thumb and middle finger when squeezing though implant. He prescribed me singulair, vitamin E, and suggested I lay on floor several times a day.
