After the birth of my twin boys 30 years ago my stomach never was the same. Then had two more children 25 and last birth, well now he’s 14years old. I figured it was time after researching numerous doctors. I decide with Dr. Jazayeri back in 2019, 2020 but I could get the time off of work. I just said it’s time! I turned 50 and I was going to just do it 2/09/2022. I was super excited and nervous all wrapped together. Everyone was great at Beverly Hills Physician's. So far, I’m not super satisfied but content. I went in expecting a Breast Augmentation with lift, Dr. Jaz said he had trouble trying to close me without pulling to tight and that the elasticity underneath my breast wasn’t enough to close properly (great medical decision) he didn’t force the implant in otherwise I may have had complications or perhaps reconstruction later. But to say the least I woke up under the anesthesia haze looking down and not seeing bigger boobies (LOL) asking the nurse “why are my breast so small” she just looked and said the Dr. Will explain later… went home still didn’t have the answer yet. Upon my check up the day after Dr. jaz explained the elasticity issue and just decided to take breast tissue from my asymmetrical breast to the other to kinda even them out and said he’ll do the implants when the incisions heals. He did a anchor on the right side & a straight line on the other. My tummy tuck incision looks pretty good. Except one side is pulling or pulled more than the other as far as closing the incision line. I am now 13 days post opp I can all most stand straight up and the pain is off & on. Tons of discomfort and feeling of being bloated but it’s more swelling than anything. I did try to put on a Faja stage 1 post surgery compression garment but I felt so uncomfortable around my crouch area and upper thighs. So just put the binder I had on after surgery back on. Overall, I am still waiting on the rest of my mommy makeover which will be in May or June? Updated on 27 Feb 2022: Drains are out for over a week & some days now. The pain level is about a 5-7 due muscle spasms. And breast are sore from rubbing against my garment. I’m still sleeping in my recliner chair. I tired sitting/sleeping on my bed, it’s just to much to move off and on to get to the restroom. Incision line is looking better( it wouldn’t let post the pic of the tight incision on one side, I spoke about in the earlier post) Updated on 20 Aug 2023: 1yr , 6mos after tummy tuck & 1yr 1mos after breast implant surgery. My breast implant surgery went well but as of today 8/20/23 my nipple on my right breast has been erected & soar just about everyday. I have to wear a pad to cover my erected nipple more often than I want to. I still am trying lighten my scar & to find lightening cream for my incisions, any one have suggestions? I have been using Keli-cote advanced scar gel which says it helps with lightening & flattening the scars. My main concern is the nipple pain, soar-ness, extreme sensitivity and erection. I want to re-shape that right breast. Has anyone had similar results or situation?? I am going to make appointment with my plastic surgeon to discuss this concern. I had a great experience getting a pubic lift with Dr. Jazayeri. I opted to do the procedure completely awake and it was more than fine. He specializes in procedures under local anesthesia, which will make recovery much easier and something to consider if given the option. He is a board-certified plastic surgeon with education from top universities. I will be returning to him for a "tummy tuck" next year.
I never write reviews but I am so thoroughly happy with my results & with my decision to choose Dr. Jaz that I wanted to give a few words of recommendation. After months of researching and seeing a few surgeons for Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty, Botox & Lip Augmentation, I decided that Dr, Jaz was the perfect fit for my needs. Firstly, he is so welcoming, making you feel at home right away. He has extensive knowledge on his procedures and throws all of your nerves, doubts or worries away with reassurance. What I loved most about seeing him over other surgeons was his honesty and knowledge. He was honest about what to expect and also if he actually recommended this procedure for me. Non- Surgical Rhinoplasty: I wanted the bump on the bridge of my nose reduced and he explained how he would minimize it, and also explained what I should expect. He was honest about the expected results and the aftermath looked so natural and fitting for my face. I am so beyond happy that I chose him because he gave me such a subtle change that looks natural but not overly noticeable. Botox: Please take the time to see a specialist in this, such as Dr. Jaz or plastic surgeon who know the anatomy and muscular forms of the face. I can not express how amazing Botox changed my wrinkles, frown lines and HEADACHES! He was so calm, and explained where he would inject prior. Lip Injections: My favorite results from him. I already have big lips, but wanted a small plump in both top and bottom. He made them perfect, I am still so happy with them and its been 1 month since! Please se specialist for this as well, to reduce bruising, bumps etc- which Dr. Jaz is honestly an artist with the face. All in all, my family and friends could not even tell that I had cosmetic procedures, but I have had comments about how my skin and lips appear glowing, healthy etc. I have also noticed my confidence increase from my nose correction. Thanks Dr. Jaz & Team! Aloha, Kelsey

Dr. Michael Jazayeri is by far one of the BEST doctors out there. I should know because this isn't my first PS. He and his staff were very accommodating since day one. He is very knowledgable on what he does and won't lead you to do something that's unnecessary. My BA (saline to silicone) and TT was on 01/14/2015 and I am very happy with my new body. The outcome is by far beyond what I was expecting and I'm healing pretty well. Thanks Dr. Jaz!!!! Updated on 7 Feb 2015: Updated on 13 Feb 2015: Week 4, still a little swollen and right side scar isn't as smooth as the left side...but all is good! Updated on 20 Feb 2015: Updated on 20 Feb 2015: Updated on 21 Feb 2015: I was able to get the before and after pics from my doctor. Here it is.
I've decided to get this procedure because I need a boost On my self esteem. I've got a breast augmentation (400cc saline). I was a 32 A. As of now I don't know my bra size due to the fact that I'm still recovering, but I'm thinking I'm around a C cup. The breast augmentation didn't not hurt what so ever. I just felt a lil sore. Like as if I was doing a lot of push up kind of sore. But my tummy tuck is what hurt like hell! Totally worth it tho... The first couple day I was independent but I would still be in pain. Every time I would stand my tummy would burn like crazy. But on the 5 everything got so much easier... At one week po my ps took out my drains... I was fearing the worst, when he pulled them out but come to realize that it didn't hurt one bit! It just felt really weird. I still have a hard time standing up. I'd say I'm about 80% straight but other then that I'm healing pretty good... It was all worth it!
I am 50 years old, 5'0 tall and weigh 116 lbs, so I'm not fat at all, but I had this really fat belly after pregnancy and genetically big arms ever since. I decided to go for arms and tummy liposuction. The process was smooth and I had the best medical assistant who put my fears and nerves at ease. The healing process was good, i had a little bruising and the swelling didn't last long. Overall it was great and I will be a repeat client.
Very friendly and good doctor. Took out about 800cc fat total. I was fairly lean but there was a big improvement. I know he will also touch up if necessary. He is one of the few legitimate surgeons that charges a fair price. I recommend him over anyone else because he does not rip you off, yet is extremely skilled.
I made an appt for a consult with Dr. J I was nervous from the time he came into the room and we spoke I felt at ease, he listened to what I wanted done (not to big) just to be evenly proportioned make my top half match with my bottom half. he explained what the procedure would entail, down time, surgery...etc I was so impressed with his knowledge and mannerisms I booked an appt. for that next monday. Surgery went well took about a year for them to settle to the actual size that I am now. I went from a full B to a D I'm 5'4" and i am now proportioned evenly my expectations were exceeded I had my surgery in Nov. 2001 and have had no problems to this present day I have/had more confidence then ever I have recommended him to many of my friends who also have had procedures done with Dr. J. and no one has been disappointed. Dr J gets an A+ in my book .....Niki Carter
It takes at least 6-12 months before your final result. Although with closed rhinoplasty, the swelling may resolve quicker. My recommendation is to avoid any strenous activity for the first month, to minimize risk of swelling.
Congratulations! You look stunning! A C-section scar is not a contra-indication for a tummy tuck. I would estimate 20-30% of my patients have had some form of lower abdominal scar before their tummy tuck. Most importantly, it is critical you maintain your weight for at least one year before contemplating surgery. Also, your nurition must be optimized to ensure adequate healing. Studies have shown if your Body Mass Index (BMI) is above 30, there is a slightly higher risk of complications after tummy tuck surgery. My recommendation is to bring your BMI under 30. Good Luck.
I occasionally have patients years after breast agumentation having the same symptoms as you. Have you started a new activity or sport which uses your arms and chest muscle? This may be a cause. You may also be developing some hardness in the capsule around the implant. However, if the pain continues, it is best to have your surgeon evaluate you. Although rare, it is important to rule out any pathology, such as cancer, which may be causing the pain.
I agree, it is best to wait until all the Radiesse is absorbed. Your sugeon is then able to find the right implant size and shape for you.
Gurgling sound the first month after breast agumentation is very common. However any sound after that is unusual and requires investigation. If you had saline implants and there is implant deflation, the breast size and shape will change. If the leak is slow, it may take a few months for the change. If you have silicone implants, an MRI is the best method for implant deflation.
