The staff was nice and treated me well but the chemical peel for $325 was not worth it. I told my Assigned nurse that I'm specifically targeting my open pores and acne scars but got a peel to target dark spots and get brighter skin. I didn't notice this till after I got the peel done and looked at the pamphlet to see that there is a peel that is for acne and pores. Honestly, my skin looks the same and I did end up breaking out bad on my forehead and the sides of my cheeks. I am dissatisfied with this journey so far.
Bruises under both eyes are finally fading. If I decide to book a 3rd round I will have her avoid the eye area next time. I definitely see positive changes since I started Morpheus8 treatments 5 wks ago. (Left pic is just before my 1st session, Right pic was taken this morning)For those who asked I do not know how deep the needle setting was for each treatment, but I was told they go deeper each session & the 2nd was much more painful so I know the needles were going deeper than on round 1. I'm going to wait another week before deciding on further sessions. Updated on 14 Apr 2021: Had my 3rd Morpheus8 session yesterday 4/12/21. She used the strongest setting on the left side of my face per my request. My left side has more jowling since I sleep on that side. Pain was more tolerable than the 2nd session even though she went on a higher setting this time. A tip I picked up is to not drink coffee/caffeine the day of the treatment. It reduces the effectiveness of the topical numbing gel they use. I also recommend doing PRP after to help with healing & skin tone. Will post progress pics in about a week or so.
I booked two Morpheus8 sessions to address the onset of sagging jowls. 1st was done on 2/15/21. They numbed my face before the procedure. I still felt the needles but it was tolerable. Will post weekly progress updates. I already notice a subtle change! Excited to see the results. Updated on 19 Feb 2021: Left is in office just before Morpheus (w/ numbing cream on) Right is 3 days later. No makeup, in natural light. Skin tone seems to be improved & jowls looking a bit firmer. Will post more pics after a full week or so. Updated on 21 Feb 2021: One week after first round of Morpheus 8 treatment. Very pleased with results so far. Noticing improvements in skin tone, under eyes & jowls are lessening. Looking forward to seeing more progress & getting my 2nd round in a couple weeks. Updated on 25 Feb 2021: I realized I hadn’t done a side view of my before & after. This is 10 days post 1st Morpheus8 treatment. After pic taken with no makeup in natural light. Pleased so far but I do want at least one more session. Updated on 12 Mar 2021: As you can see from pics there is definitely positive changes since the 1st session. Still more room for improvement, 2nd session scheduled for 3/15/21. Will keep updating my progress. Excited to see what a 2nd session can do since 1st one yielded decent results. Updated on 15 Mar 2021: One month after my 1st Morpheus8 treatment I went in for my 2nd session (3/15/21) 2nd session hurt much more even with the numbing cream. I am told this is normal; each session gets progressively more intense due to the needle depth increasing to maximize results. Left my 2nd session with bruises under both eyes. (Did not have that after the 1st session) provider stated some bruising is not unheard of & should go away in a few days. Taking both arnica & bromelain & using aquaphor on the treated areas (face & neck) Will post pics in a day or so. Updated on 18 Mar 2021: I am a bit concerned about the black eyes I was left with after my 2nd session. Not sure if needle was too deep or the eye area or if I’m just very vascular there. Hoping this doesn’t lead to permanent discoloration. Not seeing any improvement in any other area of my face as I did a couple days after the 1st round of treatment. That might just be because I can’t stop focusing on the black eyes though. Taking a ton of arnica & bromelain as well as a special to pick bruise healing lotion I found with vitamin k, arnica & aloe. Will contact provider if bruises don’t start fading soon... Updated on 22 Mar 2021: Left is before 1st session (5 wks ago) right is one week post 2nd session. Needles go deeper each session (from what I’m told) but I do not know exactly how deep they went. I may book a 3rd round but have them stay away from my eyes next time since I had two black eyes after this latest round.
As I was approaching turning 43, my face started to lose definition. I didn’t have wrinkles thanks to Botox, but the area between my cheeks and jaw were blending into one mass. I tried Sublime and liked the results but wanted something more substantial. Belle Vie began offering Profound RF at a phenomenal discounted rate of $1,750. Since they do such a terrific job on my routine maintenance and have a 5-Star rating, I decided to go ahead with the Profound RF procedure. Day of Procedure: It is about a 90 minute process. They use numbing cream before administering the many shots needed to numb the region being treated. If you can handle Botox shots, it is worth the minimal uncomfortable pricking. (“Laughing gas” is also provided, if you choose, to help you relax.) After that, your face is numb and they go over the desired areas a couple of times. There are some twitching sensations, but no pain is felt. Once finished, they provide you with an ointment to take home to keep your face moist and a mask to walk out the front door. Your face will swell up as if you put on 250 lbs. Post-procedure Days 1-3: My face was huge but I was relieved to see maybe a slight bit of bruising and the microneedle inflammation settled in about a day or two. I followed the instructions to keep the ointment on my face and hid from the world during this time. Post-procedure Day 4-7 The swelling starts coming down around this time. I had to go back to work and no one said anything to me about my face. I looked bloated, but nothing that would make people ask what happened. Day 8-Present The swelling had gone down enough by day 8 that I felt I was back to myself and even went to a Christmas party. The results have been getting better and better over time. My face looks and feels more contoured. I’m including a picture from my 43rd birthday (6 weeks post procedure). I would like to thank the wonderful ladies at Belle Vie for providing excellent skill and care, and for offering Profound RF at an affordable price. I highly recommend this team to anyone considering Profound RF.
Hello there, all my life i had a problem with undereye bags, and this has to do with genetics because all my dad's family has them including him. It has been so frustrating because it's something that you can't really hide unless I get surgery but due to being a full time student and working full time I can't really take the time off to get the surgery. So, i decided to get fillers. It's going to be my first time, I chose belle vie because they had good reviews and before and after photos. I just hope everything goes smooth. I have my appointment scheduled on Thursday. I will be posing before and after photos. Updated on 6 Sep 2018: I just got my filler in. Sara recommended one syringe Voluma for both eyes. I had a great experience and amazing results. I'm so happy finally my bags are gone and the cool part is that it looks so natural I definately recommend to go see Belle Vie for your fillers. Friendly and gorgeous staff
