Julie Caldwell is a certified Nurse Practitioner. She completed her NP training at Fresno State University. She has been working in dermatology since 2007. Julie started working with Dr. Behr in January 2010 and has since furthered her training and education in cosmetic dermatology including Botox and Fillers. Julie attends numerous dermatology seminars yearly to stay up to date on the most advanced current trends.

Marissa Carrillo is a certified Physician Assistant. She completed her PA training at Stanford School of Medicine in 2003. Marissa joined Dr. Behr’s dermatology practice in 2008. She sees general dermatology patients, as well as cosmetic patients for Botox, Filler, ThermiTight and Kybella. Marissa also attends numerous dermatology and cosmetic seminars yearly to stay up to date on the most advanced current trends.

Dr. Chia Chih Yeh-To has been Board Certified in family medicine since 2003 and has practiced dermatology since 2008. Dr. Yeh-To attended Baylor University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. She then completed her Medical Doctorate at the Saint Louis University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO. Dr. Yeh-To completed a Dermatology Preceptorship and worked with West Dermatology from 2008 until 2015, when she joined Dr. Behr’s practice. Dr. Yeh-To has clinical experience in general, surgical and cosmetic dermatology, which includes Botox, miraDry, Vivace and some fillers. Throughout her education years, Dr. Yeh-To volunteered her time at women’s shelters, local hospitals, health fairs and free health clinics for underserved communities.

Dr. Regine J. Mathieu is a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in medical and cosmetic dermatology, dermatologic surgery, skin of color, hair loss, and laser therapy. Dr. Mathieu was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, and Minors in Business Administration and Dance. She obtained her medical degree at New York Medical College in 2018. During that time, she completed a Pre-Doctoral Clinical Research Fellowship in dermatology at Northwestern University from 2016-2017. She then completed a residency in dermatology at Brown University in 2022. In 2023, Dr. Mathieu completed a Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery Fellowship accredited by the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery right here in our office! Through her Fellowship Program, she received one-on-one cosmetic specialty training with Dr. Behr.
