Hi Amy you may want a round shaped under muscle implants to have fuller decollette in your upper pole. If you want to have the breasts like in the picture though you may go for anatomic or we call tear drop shaped, more natural looking implants. It will be your decision. We decide the size together after measurements in your preop examination. I insert the implant through an incision of 4-5 cm. I only prefer inframammary fold scar to place the implant. A supportive bra that I want you to wear for four weeks will be worn at the end of the operation. There will be no stitches to remove because I prefer to use soluble stitches.
