I am very delighted to share my recent experience I have had with Dr Baris Yigit and his team. I am a 43 year old woman and my dream was to have a tummy tuck and liposuction procedure. I knew I could never afford to have it done in the UK so I decided to research Turkey for reputable surgeons. This proved to be very difficult as I learned how big the market was. This is a life changing operation so you have to be sure you choose the correct surgeon. The good news for anyone reading this is I can assure you I did over 3 years of research visiting different surgeons in Turkey. The first time I met Baris I just knew I had found my surgeon. His professionalism is second to none. I instantly felt at ease with him as he explained everything in detail and really listened to my requirements. After a year of visiting his clinic for Botox I decided to go ahead and paid my deposit online via a secure link which was very easy to use from the UK. So today I am 4 weeks post surgery of liposuction tummy tuck and can tell you it has changed my life already. I am so happy with the results so far even though I am not fully recovered. The whole experience with Baris and his team has been amazing. I was made to feel like part of a family with Baris as he focuses on all your needs throughout your stay and even when your back home. Stevie who is Baris PA is fantastic and such an asset to him. Her caring nature throughout this journey really stands out to me. Stevie is with you from start to finish and will do anything to make your stay comfortable. I have learned from this that the aftercare is crucial to this procedure and Baris and his team highly promote this. I stayed in the hospital for one night which again was lovely and clean. I was looked after throughout the night by the nurses. On return to my apartment I was visited by Stevie and Buse who is such a lovely nurse. They both looked after me visiting me daily and changing my dressings when needed. On my post op appointment Baris did a full check of my tummy and spent time with me explaining and answering my questions about aftercare. One thing I have learned is to be patient and listen to all aftercare advice. Dr Baris Yigit and his team are extremely health conscious and care about you afterwards. I could write lots more but hopefully this review should help put any apprehensive feelings aside and give you great confidence that Dr Baris Yigit is the perfect choice for cosmetic surgery. For quite sometime I had been experiencing discomfort in my neck and shoulders when I whisked off my bra releasing my 32G breasts. With the added knowledge of finding many lumps in each breast which, thankfully, turned out to be cysts I decided to make an appointment with Dr Baris Yigit. The meeting was very professional with all of my questions answered at the time and any others I thought of quickly answered by text later. I decided to go ahead with the procedure of a breast reduction, uplift and cyst removal. Baris and his team are all very professional and I have enjoyed many a laugh with them as they are lovely people.After my four and a half hour operation I stayed in my own private en-suite room with my husband at Letoon hospital. I was checked on regularly by the nursing staff there, I also had mobile phone numbers for Baris, Ana ( his nurse) and Ece a translator if I needed to text them. My recovery time was 6 weeks. A support bra garment was supplied and worn religiously. During that time I was advised by Baris what I could and couldn’t do. I followed all of his instructions as I didn’t want to undo his good work. I was prescribed medication for pain relief and antibiotics just in case of an infection. I had numerous post op appointments to check my progress up to my final one at 6 months which was early December. I have to say this guy really knows how to stitch and my scarring is minimal. Following twenty plus years behind a desk sadly my weight reached 19st. At 58 it was time to start making strategic changes in my life. A high protein diet shed 3.5st over 12 months. My wife had just had a cyst removed and a breast reduction for comfort with DR Baris and she was thrilled with the service and the end result. It was then I asked about liposuction and a tummy tuck. Hello, I’m 46 years old. Mother of 2 teenager boys. I live in Portsmouth-England. For many years after had my children I always dream to have “Mommy maker over” and finally made the right decision. I did my homework. Had spoken with 2 surgeons in UK which I wasn’t very sure. I found Dr Baris, from the first contact him and his stuff has always been friendly, answering all my questions and concerns. Make me feel that I was ready for my big change. It’s 2 weeks now from my operation, I’m still swelling a bit but the first few days after the surgery, the care Dr Baris did was wonderful. The hospital I stayed for 2nights was 5* I had no problem with my food, after care and recovery. Him and his staff are very professional. I have no issues with my wombs . All healing well , following his advice all times. I also had done eye lifting and very happy with results. Thanks again Dr Baris , I definitely recommend him. My experience with Dr Baris Yigit and his team was overall wonderful and I have been able to achieve results that I don’t believe any other surgeon would have been able to achieve. I am very happy with my decision in choosing Dr Yigit for my 920CC Breast Augmentation. After researching online for countless days/weeks, The choice of surgeons around Turkey is huge, therefore when deciding on who to go with, it became a tough choice. I spoke with many clinics around the world (I’m based in the UK) and my personal position, was I had BA surgery last year with a clinic elsewhere and currently had 450CC but aesthetically I was displeased with my results and I was desperate to create more cleavage and achieve a larger bust area. Upon speaking with Dr Yigits team, I was made to feel at ease and it just ‘clicked’ , I felt out of all the clinics I had contacted that they understood and were going to give me the results I wanted to achieve. I also didn’t want to choose a surgeon based on price, as I had been quoted half the cost at Dr Yigits pricing elsewhere, but it made me feel comfortable knowing that I was paying a certain amount and not just another number signing up for a too good to be true price. Booking etc was all fairly smooth, booking travel during a pandemic can be slightly confusing but I managed to book flights etc and co-ordinate with the clinic via whatsapp/email. It was nice to be able to have the clinic being so responsive and just a whatsapp message away if I had any questions. Included in my package was accommodation at The Malahit Boutique Hotel, which is around a 5 minute drive from the clinic. I’ll cover this subject later… Upon arrival, I was met with the lovely team, within the beautiful clinic. The clinic is similar to that of something you would see in a chic Harley Street clinic here in London. Dr Yigit is so friendly and easy to speak to (all of the team are) I was reassured and felt comfortable that my decision was correct and that I was going to have the most amazing results! I went through various tests, ecg etc (those who have had cosmetic surgery will know the usual procedure) , all the testing was straightforward enough. After completing the tests and getting the go ahead, my surgery was booked in for the next day. The hospital itself is very clean and tidy and staff are all very welcoming, I was taken to the hospital by the Dr Yigit team and felt very supported. After a short wait. It was surgery time and about 2.5 hours later, I was coming round from the anasthetic with some that amazing post-surgery feeling and desperate to see the new results! Of course I was all strapped up in a post post surgery bra with drains and my IV all in place. I didn’t feel too much pain, just a manageable level of discomfort. The nurses were all very helpful whenever I needed a hand with something. I felt very weak and sore for the first few days but that was to be expected. I stayed one night in the hospital and had a dedicated nurse who stayed with me. She was so lovely and helpful, however, I would say that she spoke very little English and we communicated via google translate with the Hospitals very poor wifi this proved difficult at times, but we got there. Therefore my suggestion here is to wither give a Mobile MiFi Hotspot to use when they arrive so they have constant connection to be able to use google translate and speak to family members as sadly my phone signal and data wasn’t reliable or cost effective enough for me to use all the time. Therefore I would recommend a more robust wifi plan for your patients. And if possible, a fluent English speaking nurse during your first night stay in the hospital would have been more than helpful ? After leaving the hospital, I was transferred back to my hotel room and had a number of days to rest, watch tv and speak with family and friends back home. Fetihye is such a gorgeous town, therefore once you are up to it, get out and explore and take it easy by having a walk along the harbour, the hotel is about a 4 minute walk from the sea front. However, this is the only negative part of my review, and one, hopefully that the clinic can take on board. After my surgery, it was tough to be able to get out for dinners etc and the Malahit Hotel does not offer any form of room service, they can however order food in etc, but that proved very difficult as none of the hotel staff spoke English, therefore if I wanted a hot meal, then I would always have to arrange through the clinic, it would have been nice to be able to do that for myself with the hotel. Sadly the hotel had a huge problem with WiFi, all I wanted to do during my recovery at the hotel was speak with my family etc or watch Netflix. This was completely impossible, the WiFi was so weak and would disconnect and reconnect at random times, therefore having no access to the outside world proved quite hard for me. I walked into Fetihye town cente a few times which is about a 20 minute walk, along the beautiful harbour. However the hotel is about a 4-5 min walk up quite a long dark street to get to the seafront, this made it impossible as a solo traveller to venture out for dinner as I didn’t want to walk up that street on my own to get back from the lovely harbourside eateries. My personal suggestion is that as I saw in the town area, there were so many beautiful Apartment Hotels located closer to the town area with direct sea views. I just felt the Malahit was a bit out of the way and after seeing the beautiful chic clinic from Dr Yagit, I think that the hotel or place you stay should be up to the same standard. I suggest an apartment hotel as after surgery, all you want to do is nest at home, therefore by having an apartment style setup, having access to a cooker, a kettle, a microwave etc. It would have enabled me to cook nutricious meals and make a coffee etc , rather than having to venture out for these as the hotel room has no kettle or facilities as such. Sadly the wifi being non-existent, the location. And view from my balcony and the complete lack of any way of getting food completely put me off the hotel and if this part can be fixed then my experience would have been perfect. Out of 100%, I’d say my experience was a good 95% out of 100, I achieved the results I wanted with an amazing surgeon which I am very pleased with, if they can sort the hotel situation out then the whole trip would have been perfect. I have just returned from a 10 day trip having cosmetic surgery with Dr. Baris Yigit and am writing a review to highlight my great experience. I had a breast implant replacement/uplift, neck lift & french threads in face & the results are outstanding - no bruising and minimal pain/discomfort. I travelled by myself and was very apprehensive however I needn’t of worried. I was met at Arrivals by one of the team Dogukan (Nurse) who drove me to my hotel (Malahi exclusive). For all your clinic/hospital appointments before, during and after your surgery Dogukan or Isik (P.A) picks u up from the hotel. At your initial consultation Dr, Baris introduces you to all of his team and they all make you feel so at ease, listening and answering any questions u may have during your stay. You can have total faith in them, they make you feel like you are their only patient and give u 100% of their time. After surgery you will have a nurse in your room for the duration of ur stay in hospital. Administering pain killers, antibiotics, food, water she is there by your side. If you have any worries then Isik is always at the end of the phone and replies immediately (I don’t think she ever sleeps!!!) I am so pleased with the professionalism, one-on-one care and the results of my surgery I even had additional treatments whilst I was there!!! I totally recommend Dr. Baris Yigit and his team, they all make you feel so welcome like you are part of their family, I will definitely be back. The service at the hotel was very good too. The room was very nice, pool view, clean towels, fridge, water and maid service daily. There is a large supermarket next door & a beach with lovely promenade to walk. Reception is very helpful and will order food and deliver to your room.
From the initial consultation to the completed eye lift everyone at the clinic was kind, caring & professional. There was no pain, just a simple procedure that has made a massive difference to the way I look & feel.
I had ultrasonic rhinoplasty with Dr Baris. I was on holiday in Turkey for 2 weeks and on the off chance went to visit Dr Baris during this time. I ended up having my surgery the next day. Staff are friendly, knowledgable and cannot do enough for you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Baris to anyone.
I had 2 procedures at Dr Bari's clinic 1.hair transplant 2. 10 porcelain crowns top and 10 bottom this was all completed within 10 days. I must say that the professionalism was second to none from start to finish.The Dr and his team are a credit to their industry and the dental team are also a credit to their industry. A special thanks to Isik the Dr's PA who was a total professional through out the whole process.her sense of humour kept me laughing throughout.As for value for money there is no comparison in Turkey.the whole hair transplant operation was filmed and should be on their website.thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Hi Amy you may want a round shaped under muscle implants to have fuller decollette in your upper pole. If you want to have the breasts like in the picture though you may go for anatomic or we call tear drop shaped, more natural looking implants. It will be your decision. We decide the size together after measurements in your preop examination. I insert the implant through an incision of 4-5 cm. I only prefer inframammary fold scar to place the implant. A supportive bra that I want you to wear for four weeks will be worn at the end of the operation. There will be no stitches to remove because I prefer to use soluble stitches.
Breast Augmentation surgery aims to enlarge the breasts and you are an ideal candidate for it. I prefer to use Mentor implants which are FDA approved and good quality American brand. I use under muscle technique mostly if your skin and subcutaneous tissue are not thick enough to hide the implant. Breasts play an important role in women for self confidence. Silicone implants are the most valid methods today for increasing the volume of breasts. There are round or tear drop shaped implants. If you want to have a full decollette the shape of implant should be the round one. I use inframammary fold incision which is hidden under the shadow of breast in order to minimize the bacterial contamination. The operation takes 1-2 hours.
