Worth It
Great Botox, terrible communication
I have have been here for both Botox and yearly visits. I loved my Botox experience and have a pleasant experience every time I am there. The communication on the other hand is a different story. It is very difficult to get anyone (front desk and the nurse) to answer the phone or call you back. Even calling multiple times a day, nobody seems to answer the phone. When dealing with healthcare, communication should be a number one priority.
Not Worth It
Six treatments of Emsculpt with zero results
After consulting with Nikki, the esthetician at Baldwin GYN and aesthetic, she convinced me that EMSculpt was a miracle device for my rear end treatment. The treatment was intended to enhance muscles for loose skin. Therefore, I agreed to have from four to six treatments with the promise that if I did not see any visible results, the money spent for the treatment was going to be used for an equal price treatment of my choice. The price I paid was $3,000 ca. I used all six treatments
