Azul Medical Spa - Fort Myers

This was my 2nd Dysport appt and I love the results. Pain was minimal and no healing required. Fast procedure and I am happy with how I feel and look after the dysport settles (~5 days). Will continue with this treatment.

I rarely write reviews but some things cannot be left unsaid! Over 10 years and four procedures later I trust Dr Flaharty one hundred percent. He takes the time to recommend and talk through any procedures. He listens to my concerns and is careful to create the natural look I want. He even follows up surgery with a personal call to check all is well. Kristy and Suzie also deserve a big shout-out as an important part of the amazing team. Thank you all.

I originally went to see Dr. Flaharty for a fat transfer. He said I really didn’t need a fat transfer and suggested CO2 Laser. I had the CO2 Laser completed and am very happy with the results. The follow up care has been excellent.

I looked at my face and knew that it needed to be refreshed. I like to look healthy, sagging skin is not going to produce a healthy fresh look.
I had three opinions, It did not take much time to decided that Dr Flaharty was the best doctor to help me get the look that I wanted. He talked to me about procedures that other doctors had not mentioned. He had my complete confidence.
The surgial facility is highly professional, all the nursing staff were very kind and patient.
My recovery was easy, no pain no difficulty of any kind.
I had the works facelift brow lift and fat augmentation and my recovery from all that was very brief. I took good care of myself saw the Doctor the day after surgery and just kept going until I was fully recovered. Through it all Dr Flaharty's staff was great , patient, thoughful and kind. I recieved a lot of perks ...a facial ..what bliss skin care products..it felt like Christmas. Always the theme was, let me make you comfortable , how do you feel, are you happy with your results ?? The secret to recovery is rest, rest rest. Prior to surgery get a supply of movies, books
and what every helps you get through a quiet day. The more you sleep the shorter the healing time.
Have your meals figured out before hand, if there is no one to cook for you, prepare and freeze ahead of time.
Make sure your incisions are spotlessly clean, clip your hair away from them.
Do not look into a mirror for at least a week , after that you can look at your lovely face for hours.
Taking care of yourself, eating nourishing food and resting makes surgery so easy.
You will wonder why you ever hesitated.

I've been delaying my lid surgery for some time now . After meeting with Dr.Flaharty and his wonderful staff ,I had the confidence to proceed . I felt amazingly at ease and thoroughly prepared on the day of my surgery . Surgery was a breeze . The staff at the surgical center made me feel entirely comfortable . There was literally no discomfort and I admit to being a pain intolerant patient ! I followed the pre and post surgical instructions to a "T" and healed amazingly . Minimal swelling and bruising all of which faded quickly .
I thank Dr. Flaharty , his staff and the staff at Saint Marks surgical Center for an excellent experience and outcome.

They burned my face and neck here in Azul with the morpheus8 in December and no doctor or manager face me to apologize or address their unprofessional treatment I had to go to dermatologist Dr Jeffrey Martin and after almost 3 months I still have sequels of black hyperpigmentation and blister marks
