Very unprofessional management and business practices. I purchased a package of (6) laser hair treatments and completed half of them. Then, they suddenly changed their hours of operation to now exclude weekends and have only one day a week open past 5pm which doesn’t have availability for 2 months (because obviously this has affected many of their customers). I live in Vero and work in PSL from 9am-6pm Monday thru Friday and therefore am physically unable to make any treatments based on their new business hours. When I requested a refund, the manager Jay failed to respond to any of my messages and the front desk staff said they “didn’t know when he would be in.” When I finally received a return email after threatening to post on social media about their lack of customer service, he stated that “laser hair packages are non-refundable” and refused to give weight to the fact that their unannounced change in business hours made it impossible for me to receive the treatments that I PAID FOR. Complete lack of customer service, professionalism and fair practices. I would highly recommend you take your money elsewhere unless you want them to keep it even if they change the game on you and fail to provide the services you paid them for. It would be noted that their hours of operation on Google, Facebook and what they told me are all different.
