DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I had 2 separate procedures done. First one was a tummy tuck. My belly button came out crooked. 2nd procedure was a breast lift with implants. She left one breast noticably larger than the other. I am very un satisfied with the results of both surgeries. I spent $20,000 on both procedures and expected a professional job. Dr Fearmonti came up way short on her end. That was just my bad experience with the actual surgery. I haven't even mentioned the lack of professionalism that is in that office. Employees are allowed to chase after and date patients, even had one of her techs get my phone number and contact me after business hours, without my permission...for something not even related to any procedure. This is a direct violation of HIPAA laws. Employees are allowed to run a muck while the dr is doing procedures and out of the office. I was disappointed that i had to stay on top of Employees for information and to make sure everything ran smoothly. This was just not a pleasant experience to say the least!!!
Just had consultation done and was very pleased with how friendly and professional Gena is. She explained what will happen at our first session and was very detailed. I felt very comfortable and look forward to going in for the first session! The office and consult space is super clean.I received this complimentary treatment through the RealFriends program. Updated on 16 Jul 2018: So this afternoon I completed my first SculpSure treatment. I couldn’t find a lot of info for treatment of the area I’m having done so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I have to laugh thinking I would just lay there and read a book. We started off with taking before pics and then I laid down on my side to have the right side done first. Three panels were attached and it was tricky getting all the contacts to stay in place. It was several minutes of adjusting before the machine could start. The first four minutes is a warm up and it starts off feeling like a blast of cold air. It then gradually starts to feel warm and for me (can differ for everyone) there was a zappy, tingly, crampy sensation that eventually became too much for me. The goal was to reach 1.4 but sadly I was barely tolerating .9 - so much for me thinking I tolerate pain well. Gena was wonderful and got me cold compresses for the area that hurt the worst and even fanned me. I honestly thought I was going to have to stop treatment but then I remembered how in childbirth relaxing through contractions made them less painful. Same principle worked here. At around the 10 minute mark one of the sensors lost contact and another few minutes were spent trying to get all the contacts to engage and for the rest of the time it never felt uncomfortable again and I only felt coolness. I even asked if it was working because there was no discomfort. Gena said I was actually at 1.1 which was quite surprising. When the 25 minutes was up and she unattached the contacts and my skin felt very cool like an ice pack had just been on it. She gave me a little break to go to the restroom and while it felt a little tingly nothing hurt and I felt confident about going back for the left side. She placed the contacts in a slightly different spot for my left side and had my legs straightened out more which kept the contacts in place for the entire 25 minutes this time. I knew what to expect and when I started to feel the nerve like pain and cramping I just forced myself to relax and was able to tolerate it the entire time with no cold compresses needed. I will say it is not a pleasant feeling just when you think you can’t take it anymore there is a cold blast and you are able to recover before the next heat up begins. Around 10 minutes in I think our bodies adjust to it and it is not quite as painful. But for me, the left side still wasn’t comfortable or pleasant like the remaining 15 minutes were on the right side. With all that said when I touched my skin on the left side after she took the machine off it didn’t feel quite as cold as the right and I almost immediately felt a deep soreness and tenderness. Driving home I was surprised how uncomfortable I was and how strong the discomfort was but only on my left side. Right side the skin feels like a slight sunburn but there is no tenderness or soreness. I was very happy that Gena called me two hours after I had left the office to check on me so I could explain how I was concerned that one side hurts so much and the other does not at all. She told me it was completely normal and assured me that both sides did have the same treatment. She said that women that get it on their lower abdomen will actually feel like they did thousands of crunches so the intense soreness makes a little bit more sense for me now I just wish it wasn’t so uncomfortable. Or maybe if I had the same amount of discomfort on both sides it wouldn’t bother me as much??? Not sure. I think I’m just paranoid that I didn’t get as strong of a treatment on the right side. She said I could do ice packs which I have been doing and I took two extra strength Tylenol but it barely took the edge off. I will probably take a couple of Advil before bed. I can already feel the difference with swelling on my left side where I don’t really feel it on my right. Part of me wishes I had put the procedure off as I have family coming in town tomorrow but maybe they will distract me from the discomfort. :) if anything we can have a big laugh if my butt looks twice as big this week from swelling ;) I am to massage the areas twice a day for 5 to 10 minutes and drink tons of water. I will update again tomorrow I am really hoping it doesn’t feel quite so tender on my left side! She did warn me that the tenderness can last up to two weeks :/ I go back again in two weeks for a skin tightening treatment and then I’m supposed to have my second session in five weeks. Right now I am just looking forward for this pain to go away on my left side. Updated on 17 Jul 2018: I can’t tell you how relieved I was last night to have the pain become mild and now this morning be completely gone! Not only do I have family coming but it’s my birthday and yesterday I was thinking I may be in pain with ice packs all day. :) Not the case! There’s just a mild tenderness if I push on the area. This I expected. There’s a little pocket of swelling on my left side, last night and a little this morning I can see a small area that looks like a collection of fat. I believe another review described it as a whelp which is a great description. Right side (which never had post treatment pain) doesn’t really show swelling or the whelp area. I definitely “feel” like the left side got treated and I am very curious what the results will show! In 5 weeks I will get second treatment done and we can discuss any different placement of the sensors. My last bit of advice would be because of everyone having different reactions I wouldn’t schedule this procedure right before a special event or vacation, schedule at least a few weeks before. Updated on 20 Jul 2018: Not much change since first day post except I now have a tender spot on my right side. I’m actually encouraged to feel sore on the right since I’ve only had the soreness / tenderness on my left. I only feel the tenderness when I massage the area, lay on my side, or accidentally hit it on something. I have been exercising as usual, no symptoms when walking but running I can feel the sore spots. Wish I had taken measurements before hand! Trying to drink as much water as I can. Gena has been wonderful checking up on me and answering any questions I have. Updated on 24 Jul 2018: Hi ladies! So I think yesterday I massaged a little too hard as the tenderness was much more noticeable last night and is still today. When I lay on my left side I really feel the soreness, or if I hit it on the counter or something it’s quite tender. Right side is still tender too but I really have to push on it to feel it. Gena gave me post op paperwork and it clearly states tenderness can persist for up to two weeks. So hopefully only one more week. If it wasn’t for the sore/tender areas I would totally forget I had anything done! I have never been so aware of the asymmetry going on behind me, lol! The left side definitely has more “cushion” sticking out which may explain why I have more tenderness on that side. I’ve read several places that the more adipose tissue there is the more painful it is. That would be the case for me for sure. I’m going to try and be more gentle with massaging this week. If the tenderness remains next week I’m going to hold off on the skin tightening appointment. I really want everything back to normal before I experiment with another procedure. :) Updated on 2 Aug 2018: Happy to report that the tenderness is gone! At two weeks out I couldn’t feel it at all on right side and only on left if I pushed on the treated area. I now can’t feel any tenderness when massaging the areas on either side. When jogging before I could totally feel the treated areas (as they bounced, ha!) but today I didn’t feel any difference when jogging. Even from day 1 this treatment has not affected my ability to exercise. At minimum I hike 2 miles daily and throw in some jogging if it’s not too hot. I can’t see any noticeable difference yet but that’s not surprising. Next week I get Exilis for skin tightening done, I will update again after that! Should be a short appointment. I probably could do better with drinking water unless spiked sparkling water counts ;) Hope everyone is doing well! Updated on 7 Aug 2018: Today I went in for a skin tightening treatment called Exilis. This is included with the Sculpsure treatment. I lay down on my stomach on a pad which I believe grounds you to prevent any shock from treatment. A gel was then put on the two areas that had the sculpsure treatment that felt like the gel they use for ultrasounds. The right side was done first, it was 4 minutes that actually felt like a really nice hot stone massage. Then the left side was done and while it felt good at first it began to feel slightly uncomfortable with the heat. The left side is the one that was so uncomfortable after sculpsure so there must be something about that side that is more sensitive. Totally tolerable though and I was in and out of the office in less than 20 minutes. No change in skin appearance and no tenderness at all. I still have a spot on my left side that feels like a bruise if I push hard on it. Will make appointment for end of August for second sculpsure treatment and then will follow up with Exilis again after that! Updated on 30 Aug 2018: I think I can see a tiny difference, difficult to have same angle/lighting with pictures. I have not been good about massaging lately but when I do I have not felt any nodules. I go back for the second treatment on Sep 12. I am so curious if I will have the same experience as far as discomfort goes. Updated on 12 Sep 2018: First off, ice packs are my best friend right now. Secondly, there is absolutely ZERO doubt in my mind this time about both sides receiving treatment. They both hurt like hell right now and weirdly enough that makes me feel relieved. Today I had the sculpsure treatment done at their sister property restore men’s health and the room was super nice, spacious, clean and even had a tv. Gena took pictures and was able to show me the difference of my sides not protruding as much. Of course now I’m focused on the dimples back there, ha! I got superstar treatment as Andy who runs restore men’s health and Dr. Fearmonti came in the room and had me stand to mark the area that would be best to treat. I was able to ask her if sculpsure helps with cellulite and she said no. She also let me know areas she had treated on herself and some of the sensations she felt which was comforting to hear since I had felt similar things during treatment. After being marked, I laid back down and they adjusted the straps to make sure my problem areas became the “pillows” underneath the sculpsure panels. I am proud to say this time I made it all the way to 1.4! It still was extremely uncomfortable when the panels heated up however, I had three people to distract me AND the awesome bonus of a chiller machine that Andy and Gena used to help cool the skin around the area being treated. I loved it! It didn’t take away the pain but it definitely made it more comfortable for sure! Just the chilly breeze around where it felt like fire was a huge help for me. I have to say they definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was okay and tolerating the pain well. Gena even got me a straw so I could drink some water while laying there. I am so thankful for such awesome providers, I really felt taken care of. Last time I only felt the burning after pain on my left side. This time, I feel the exact same burning sensation on both sides and I was told this was normal. Just tissue reacting to lasers. Last time it lasted about five hours we will see if it does the same this time. I am to massage the areas daily, and they gave me some wonderful lotion to use. It is supposed to help with collagen, again so impressed with how amazing they are! I need to massage areas for three weeks and of course drink lots of water. I go back in three weeks for another exilis treatment and then in six weeks for final pictures! Updated on 27 Sep 2018: Hi ladies! I had a fair amount of soreness and tenderness until about day 9 and it began to lessen. Day 15 and I have to push hard to feel any tenderness. Left side is more tender than the right again, so interesting one side can feel different! I go next week for an Exilis treatment for skin tightening and Gena is going to try and get another set of updated photos. I wore yoga pants today and I could see a slight difference in how much I “stuck out” at my hips. I think it’s working! Just not as dramatic as surgery though. Updated on 3 Oct 2018: Just like after the first sculpsure session, three weeks after the second session I received an Exilis treatment. Four minutes per side, idea is laser stimulates collagen growth to tighten skin. And just like the last Exilis treatment the right side felt like a hot stone massage and the left side started out okay and then felt like a hot iron on my skin! Sylvia moved the laser probe faster on my skin to help alleviate the discomfort when I mentioned how hot it felt. This time I had a slight burning feeling on my left upper thigh for about an hour after treatment. Otherwise, normal activities resumed immediately :) here’s to hoping I can change my status to worth it very soon! Updated on 10 Nov 2018: Sorry for the delayed update!! I keep meaning to get back on here and share an update. About 4 weeks after my second treatment I got a follow up call from Gena and it made me look and massage the treated areas and I discovered I totally could feel fat nodules! I was not as diligent about massage the second time around and sure enough I finally got to feel what it's like to discover nodules. Thankfully massage does help them go down and it's nice to know that even now I will continue to get smaller! I had my final pics taken this last week and it's exciting to see a difference. I will say for anyone looking for dramatic results this is not a treamtent for you. It's more subtle but definitely sculpsure does something!! I even threw away some underwear that became too loose on my butt. I'm glad I got to experience this treatment and hope my review will shed some light on what to expect for those looking into it! Updated on 18 Feb 2019: Trying to post before/after photos and have them not be cropped, I think I finally figured out posting from my computer fixes that issue :) These were taken in November. I have been invited to go back and take more pictures, looking in the mirror I don't see a big change since these were taken. However, because the results aren't super drastic sometimes you need to see photos in the same light to actually notice the change. And I will say there definitely was a change, I think I see more from the back as opposed to the sides which is where it bothers me most. The saddlebag area is definitely a very hard area to treat!
