I had flawless skin and was simply trying to address a small area of hyperpigmentation on my jawline! I try to chemical peel at Allure to no avail-I was told to try a laser treatment. Because I have darker skin-level 4-5 on the Fitzpatrick scale- I was nervous but was told it would be fine… well it wasn’t! Within 24 hours I had horrific pitting on my once smooth face. my entire face look like “orange peel” surface-I literally literally had to beg to be seen the next day. once they are, the technician and manager freely spoke about my case unfortunately I was able to hear the whole conversation. They were more concerned, whether I signed a consent form rather than to rectify the issue. I explained that I was leaving for a mission in Africa and I wanted to resolve the issue immediately-I had to pursue conversations because no one ever called me back. I was treated in a condescending unprofessional manner and all I wanted and still want is my money refunded. it will take a lot of time and money to achieve the smooth skin I had prior to coming to Allure! Updated on 17 May 2024: Still waiting for my refund ! I was told SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT ME IN 10 days …. Crickets - terrible service Such unprofessional manner I was treated - sad with so many choices - my skin is still not smooth like it was prior to be sold this treatment … Updated on 23 Jun 2024: Allure medi spa in AZ….terrible customer service ! After the disaster treatment I was given they took no responsibility for the mishap shame on them! I have reached out several times for a refund and always a different story !

Horrible experience from confirming my appointment, through injector, to the Director. They're rude and could care less about what the consumer wants. Hopefully the pictures speak for themselves regarding my concern with my upper lip. Don't go here they are just a mill.
