AesthetiCare of Lawrence

Shea was an integral part of launching AesthetiCare of Lawrence, Lawrence's first Premier Medical Spa, in 2012. A licensed esthetician, she graduated with honors from the Advanced Esthetics program at Johnson County Community College in 2011. She enjoys providing education on skin health and working with clients to look and feel their best. Shea has advanced esthetics training and education on a wide array of treatments and services that include: Sciton lasers, Halo, Coolsculpting, tattoo removal, Hydrafacial, Dermaplaning, Micro Needling, chemical peels and Microdermabrasion, as well as devising customized skin care plans specifically designed for each individual.

Megan Lynch began her nursing career in Kansas City in obstetrics in 2006. After over nine years of helping families bring new members into the world, she discovered a passion for educating patients on the health and wellness of their skin. She began her career in aesthetics with Dr. Kathy Gaumer in 2015, and is enthusiastic about helping others with their goals for beautiful, healthy skin. She is dedicated to her patients’ comfort and well-being, as well as establishing their confidence in her talent and abilities. Megan has advanced training in : Botox/Dysport and Dermal Fillers, Kybella, Coolsculpting for the submental area, Laser tattoo removal, Sciton laser ( Forever Young BBL and Halo) as well as the new vaginal rejuvenation laser by Sciton - diVa!

Debbie is a Lawrence native and received her undergraduate degree in Education at the University of Kansas. She is the office manager and loves learning something new everyday in the aesthetic world. When she's not at work she loves to travel and visit her grown children.

Stephanie Cross is a true Lawrence native. Stephanie attended Academy of Aesthetic Arts and graduated in 2011. After a few years of working at a day spa Stephanie found her true calling combining skincare with the medical services Aestheticare offers. She has always had a passion for meeting new people and assisting them in achieving their skincare goals by creating a customized program for each client. Stephanie’s advanced training and education includes : Coolsculpting University, Sciton Laser treatments( Forever Young BBL. Halo and Laser Hair Removal), Exilis Skin Tightening, Microneedling, HydraFacial MD, Chemical Peels, Tattoo Removal, and a vast knowledge of skincare products. "I love working with clients to help them feel amazing about their skin and body! I'm always looking to advance my education to help clients in the best way possible."

Tarryn is a St. Louis native. Coming to AesthetiCare from a Lawrence internet start-up company in 2016 was an interesting change but over time she has had a hand in everything from the front desk to the back office and you've probably seen her on our social media accounts. When she's not at the spa she can be found running around downtown or chasing her dogs at the dog park.

Sara graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Health K-12 with Special Education in 1989. She taught for a year and then went to work for Jenny Craig Corporation in Kansas City. Sara moved on to manage the Omaha Jenny Craig Franchises. Dr. Gaumer and Shea Kruse brought Sara to AesthetiCare of Lawrence as a receptionist when they started the business and she has been with them ever since! "Working at AesthetiCare has taught me so much about skin care. I'm very thankful to both Dr. Gaumer and Shea for the opportunity to work in the Esthetics business. I truly enjoy talking to our clients as they check in and love to see their joy and excitement as they complete their treatments and see the benefits to their skin ."

Melody began her nursing career in 1999 armed with a double bachelors degree from Pittsburgh State. Starting out as a patient at AesthetiCare of Lawrence, she found that the esthetics field was something she had a passion for. She began as an AesthetiCare nurse injector with Dr. Gaumer at the very beginning of 2017 after 16 years in labor & delivery, quickly realizing that she had an eye for helping clients achieve rejuvenated, natural results. Melody has advanced training in: Botox/Dysport and Dermal Fillers, Kybella, HydraFacial MD, Laser Tattoo Removal, Sciton Laser (Forever Young BBL and Halo) as well as the new vaginal rejuvenation laser by Sciton - diVa!
