After following, Dr. Lowneys Instagram page for a few years. I watched him turn women's butts that looks like mine into the butt of their dreams. Gym, exercise, and healthy eating just weren't cutting it. I had stubborn deposits of fat on my back that even at my thinnest have not gone away since I was a child. I had one hip that had a Stubborn to positive fat, where my opposite hip did not have that issue. All I wanted was for my hips to be even and have a nice round booty, while still looking very natural. I am about to be seven weeks postop, and I could not be happier with the way my results are shaping out to be. The postop was very painful for me, I think I underestimated the seriousness and the toll that the surgery would take on my body. I wasn't able to return to work for five weeks. But at this point the pain is gone and I just experience soreness from time to time. I can't wait to see what my six-month reveal looks like, and I am surely looking forward to sitting down again! Lowney's staff were great. The office is always very busy which is expected with this doctor being in high demand in the New England area. Lowney was honest about what he could do and couldn't do for me. They were always just a phone call away and kept my mind at ease throughout the process as I started to get nervous with changes to my body since this was my first cosmetic surgery.

Recovering slowly. I have been feeling sick to my stomach at times but overall I am okay. I set up a zero gravity chair and a pregnancy U pillow to support me without ruining the bbl. Walking much more now.

Apart from the surgery I paid just shy of 700 for 10 sessions for massages. I drained so much mostly from my back. It was painful but you do get a sense of relief not carrying all that retention fluid.

Look at my waist! Today is the first day significant swelling has gone down. Ladies eat healthy take in fruits. I feel sore but literally can walk straight now and taking it easy. Walk, even if you feel weak and have someone there with you at all times. This is me right now!

Zero gravity chair from amazon for easy recline to adjust to recovery (with a tray) A large pregnancy U pillow + extra pillows and pads incase of leaks. This keeps my butt in the air in comfort and my back supported to ease pain. Just an idea if anyone is wondering!

Ladies I am going to be 100 with you. It has been 23 hard days that have past. I developed two seromas on my back and near and front of my stomach which had to be manually drained by my surgeon. This is completely normal thing that can happen. I had alot of loose skin removed and alot of work done so unfortunately this is how my body reacted. I am better TODAY. I had to see my surgeon almost everyday until this issue cleared on it's own. My massage lady is amazing. Get your lymphatic massages they will do wonders for your overall well being and recuperation. I am very swollen but I still wanted to share a picture today incase anyone is curious. This is not for the weak. We are all different and heal in our own times. I am grateful to be closer everyday to feeling myself again.

My skin is so tight. The small pouch I had under my incision is almost completely gone. My waist is so small! I think compression is important but remember too much is bad aswell. I did not use an ab/back board or foam. Just a binder I got off of amazon and my bodyshaper. I tried using the faja and I did for 3 days. I don't know how some of ya'll do it lol. It is honestly so uncomfortable. But regardless the binder is tight enough and covers my entire stomach with compression and the body shaper lets my skin breath with light compression. Do not sleep on your sides ladies if you had hips added!! No matter what! It is right on the bone of your hip and can disappear quick. I feel stiff but slowly seeing the healing happen. Believe it or not still swollen! I can't wait to reach 6 weeks. Feel free to ask me anything.

No more bruising but still feel tightness around waist I am wearing a waist clincher now size medium from maiden form. After this sunday I will be 6 weeks post op.I will be updating more pics tonight and what I have been using for scar treatment.

Dr.Lowney offers an amazing scar cream called Silagen at his office. Also Aroamas scar sheets from Amazon. They cost around almost 30 dollars for 4 strips! But I have seen a massive improvement in such a short time. Treat the lipo scars early once they are healed obviously to get the best results. Like I said I did not use a faja and only a body shaper and a waist binder. I don't feel like it made a difference. My ass looks great and my waist is so small lol. Massages do hurt 100% already had my 10 and going to buy more. They are expensive but needed.

I can't fail to express to you how random the swelling comes and goes. I am wearing a waist clincher now every day even when I sleep and it does help hold everything in especially when the swelling arrives out of nowhere. It doesn't last all day maybe a couple of hours. Very unfortunate when it has happened at night. I am so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep being that swollen. Massages are essential to move any liquids over and allow your body to feel overall better. Going back tomorrow to see her.

Hi ladies a quick update. I am still having random periods of swelling but overall its not as bad or frequent. I am still get post op massages. The kind of massages you get change with time. Right now we have started wood therapy and medical radio frequency massages. I want to say this. Yes this is and has been a hard journey for recovery. Is it worth it? Yes! I am so happy with my results so far and have found freedom from the shame I felt with my loose skin. I hated my body and paid to fix it. Period. I tried exercising, dieting all of it and regardless of what people will believe. This is my body I chose to fix and I am happy. That is all that matters. If you have loose skin or diastasis and hate how your body looks get it repaired for YOU. At the end of the day it is your body and peace of mind. I am so happy and grateful for surgeons and the results they bring. They are there to help you. Be safe and do your research. And for god sakes don't go through this journey alone.

This is me. The before picture is a very sad memory for me. As hard as I trained and ate right my stomach actually got worse. It hung more and it turns out certain exersizes I was preforming worsened my diastisis recti. I feel so different in a very good way. I don't worry about what I look like at any angle. I walk around naked before I get in the shower and not hide in shame. I hated looking down and seeing all that skin. My fiance never told me to get the surgery but I never came to peace with how badly my body deformed having kids. He loves me either way. And most importantly I love my body! I truely do. I went to see Mark Lowney yesterday and he was shocked on how good I look. It's a big transformation I could have never imagined! I have more surgery planned with him for the future. He is booked until next year! I want another bbl and a breast lift just to exaggerate my results more. Stay tuned!!

I want to share something. Since my recovery was so slow I decided to wait on doing any exercise until I felt like my body could take the beating. I used to lift very heavy. After months I am back into it not being as weak as expected but not at all as strong as I was. What I want to mention is the help I have received from my abdominal muscles being repaired in weight training. I feel my core is supported and I can rely on it to balance the weight on my body. I hope I make sense. I am really excited to slowly introduce my body to weight training again with this new support of my core which is needed to properly do certain exercises. This is the best result of my tummy tuck. Yes I look great but I can finally explore more challenging exercises!!! I still swell from time to time but overall ladies if I am back to working out now I can say I am doing very well. Happy tuesday everyone!

I am making this post because I want anyone that is interested to find me on instagram. Like I have mentioned before I am getting more surgeries in the future. I am 100% getting another bbl and a breast lift with Mark Lowney in the beginning of next year. The before picture was taken days after my surgery. The next picture is the after after 3 months! Trust the process and understand the swelling is slowly going down as you heal!! We all heal at different speeds but can expect results as healing begins to slowly appear.

This picture was taken today! I am not interested in bigger breasts I want to just get a lift so I don't have to support them with my hands. But they are not sagging a lot per say. I am getting another bbl to fill in more of my hips and make my ass obviously bigger. After that I will be happy lol My rhinoplasty is coming up soon. This upcoming July I will be sharing that here on a new post. I am very excited about that. I also want to have my neck more defined as well. So the chin lipo will help achieve that. Over all the rhinoplasty is needed for a dorsal hump I want obviously gone but that is about it. My nose was broken by my ex husband and it is really something that I hate looking at everyday. It is very expensive here to get any work done. My nose and chin lipo reaches 17k again. Ladies I do not want anyone to go into debt getting surgery. I worked for many years to spend like this and also my partner spends money on me as well because he has a high paying job. Can you save for this? Yes! It is possible and an invest in yourself is OKAY. Don't let anyone tell you what to do with your money and what I have learned people talk shit regardless of what you do. Be prepared for the hate from women! Majority of women are not uplifting eachother hopefully things change but for now that is my experience. I will never think I am better then any of you. That is why I am here being 100% real with you all and hoping you guys reach out to ask me ANYTHING. God bless you all.

Still random periods of swelling occur but overall I feel good! I am strength training and taking care of my weight and overall well being. I literally shock myself seeing how I look. I don't recognize her lol It is going to take some time getting used too..

I work out lift heavy. I feel great. My waist is very small and my ass is nice and plump. I still am planning on getting my second round with the breast lift. I had my rhinoplasty and chin lipo on July 1st I had to stop working out for 3 weeks and slowly went back into it. My TT scar is pretty thick. I was going to get it checked out but I decided to wait until my second round. I have a quote already just waiting until the end of the year for a date. I am okay getting exaggerated results. I want more hips and more ass! I want my tits to sit pretty on my body by themselves. I'll tell you that I get stared at alot and it is very new for me. I used to wear very baggy clothing. I am now buying new cloths that are fitting well to my new body. All this is taking time to get used too. This whole experience has been a journey. Completely worth every penny.

I made my deposit ladies! If you know a little of my story. I started in July of this year with my tummy tuck and bbl and then in February with my rhinoplasty and chin lipo. Next year in July I am getting my second bbl and Mastopexy (breast lift). I am happy with my results so far but I do want my ass bigger and my boobs lifted. I do not want implants. My boobs are big enough in my opinion I just want a lift. I have had two kids and I am done with having any more. I want to again share my journey with you all no filter. So I’ve gained back 69 lbs but then lost 90 so I just got a tummy tuck in Fall River and I’m doing. Review in he doctor I used there. I went to Advanced Body Sculpting of New England and had my procedure with Dr. Lowney. I’m currently 8 days post ops and I absolutely love my results!!! The dressings came off in the shower and my scar is perfect!!! I am very pleased with my results and am seriously debating a bra lift. Dr. Lowney is nice but you kind of feel rushed when you’re meeting with him. I think he’s honest on expectations and trust him, just wish he’d be a bit more patient with his patients (no pun ????????) I’ve had to call in a few times and think only one person knows what they’re doing. Lucy seems great and responsive but whomever else answers can’t seem to really answer questions. It’s frustrating and they kind of just refer you back to the papers they gave you, even when our questions are about conflicting information in the papers or new info. You kind of have to wait till you see the doctor or till Lucy answers.

Post op appointment went good. Again, felt super rushed but hey,I guess he’s just busy???????????. The office ladies were so warm and welcoming, it’s hard to be upset that hey can’t answer many of your questions over the phone but they have great personalities and mean well. My stitches and drains came out. That was really difficult. I didn’t like that at all and I realized yesterday he left a stitch in so I have to call the office. Overall, no pain really I’m off all meds now and soreness has eased up each day. I’m still so happy with my results and would recommend this office hands down!

I went to Dr Lowney with what I would consider severe asymmetry. After years and years of research, I knew not expect perfection. I researched several doctors in the area, and went to two consults. I knew Dr Lowney was the one for me. Double Board Certified, and has his own surgical center right in office. Read amazing reviews and he is highly recommended in our area. He was so thorough and informative. His office was quite busy and he never once made me feel rushed. I expressed my hope to at least achieve some symmetry. I haven't been able to wear stripes, v neck, strapless, even tanks! My right breast was so small it just swam in the bra cup and you could see right down most shirts! Let's not even discuss bathing suits. I already knew I wanted saline, giving my doctor the ability to fill and play during surgery. He informed me that my chest cavity is slightly caved, so he thought above the muscle would look best. I tried on sizers,and decided on 300-350 for my left, larger breast, and 350-400 on the right, almost non existent breast. Moderate profile to achieve the natural look I desired. He discussed how he would do his best to achieve symmetry, he considers himself a "perfectionist". He told me wanted me to feel good with and without clothes! That's what I wanted to hear!!
I woke up from surgery and couldn't believe my eyes! Two perfectly symmetrical breasts!! We had never discussed nipple placement, but the right was completely higher than the left. Never thought to discuss with him because I figured it would entail something invasive, but nope, they were perfect too! I don't know how he did it! I ended up with 320 on the left and 410 on the right. They were big, hard and high, but they have beautifully settled into shape. Surgery was a breeze, only needed pain meds for day of and the following day. Dr Lowney called that very evening to check in on me and I have had several follow ups since. I can't say enough about Dr Lowney and the staff at Advanced Body Sculpting! The girls are so helpful and professional. Dr Lowney is incredibly talented!! He is quite skilled in his craft, and uses the most advanced techniques! I can't thank him enough for what he has done for my self esteem, I never imagined I could look like this!! My only regret is not having done this year's ago, but I am thrilled with my results! Dr Lowney went above and beyond my expectations! A perfectionist in my book!!

Return patient, happy with his work but his office is way over booked! Today I had a follow up appointment from a procedure he did a year ago! My appointment was at 1:15pm, by 230pm I still had not been seen!!! I walked out !! Not like he cares just one of thousands of patients!! I also live 2 hours away!!!

After years of being unhappy with my body and my second child being 9 months old I finally booked my surgery for Sept 7, 2018 with Dr. FeelGood in Fall River,MA. The doctor is staging the surgery first round being tummy tuck, breast augmentation and then 6 months later(or depending on healing) i will be going forward with a BBL. Ladies any advice on garments,binder, underwear, etc as well as aftercare products & supplements!? Thank you!

Dr. Mark Lowney aka Dr FeelGood is amazing like I can’t even put it into words what he’s done for me. From the consultation to the pre op and now surgery yesterday he went over and beyond for me. Made the overall experience so worth it. Even have me a call the night of surgery to make sure everything was fine and check up on me. That’s an invested surgeon!I can’t than him enough. Lastly I couldn’t forget his staff and receptionist not only are the beautiful they make you feel so warm and welcoming as well guided me they all the paperwork etc. I LOVE advanced body sculpting of New England and forever grateful for they have changed my life with this surgery! Will def come back again!

Day 3 post op...SWOLLEN would be an understatement! Got on the scale and gained 13 lbs from pre op weight. I wasn’t surprised the way I’ve been feeling like a beach whale. But asiste from that I feel no pain and have no other complaint everything is running so smoothly just need to work on my appetite. Boobs feels awesome it doesn’t even feel like I got anything done on them. There’s still a lot of bruising due to the lipo but arnica is doing its job. Had to go on amazon and order a second binder because this one is already loose even with all the swelling. I’ll try and get a pic without the bender when I can my hubbys been cleaning me up and asking him to take pics on top of that would just add to his anxiety level lol!

TT scar treatment of bio oil with lavender oil & frankincense. Currently have also been using 3M Micropore tape and changed it every 2-3 days it’s significantly helped with the splitting stitches that were trying to come out from my incision.
