He then returned to UT Southwestern where he finished his Plastic Surgery training in 2018. Originally from El Paso, Texas, he now calls the Dallas/Fort Worth (D/FW) Metroplex his home. Some of his clinical interests include breast reconstruction, micro-surgical reconstruction, facial fractures, minor burn care, breast surgery, body contouring, laser and light therapies, cosmetic filler, and neurotoxin injections. I had implants put in 1990. They had become hardened calcified and were leaking into my lymph nodes. A: It is possible - but I would suggest you obtain an in person consult with a few surgeons. Look at some of my breast reduction photos on real self to see if they look similar to what you are describing
A: It appears you likely have something called Tyndall effect. This can be caused superficial placement of dermal filler that causes scattering of light particles that creates a blue hue to the skin. The best way to treat this is by dissolving the filler. Hope this helps

A: Its always hard to tell with just one photo, but your breast appears red and edematous. I would highly recommend seeing your surgeon sooner rather than later. You may need to have that implant taken out if there is a persistent infection.
A: Breasts can sometimes grow even after a reduction. Second reductions can be tricky with regard to blood supply to the nipple, as it would be important to see what technique your prior surgeon used to ensure safely moving the nipple. Obtain your previous operation report of possible
