Dr. Neal Moores at Plastic 22 was absolutely amazing. Two words to describe him: Miracle Worker. After having three kids and losing 80 pounds, I was searching for the right surgeon for an abdominoplasty, breast lift, and implants. I had consultations with three different doctors, and Dr. Moores stood out immediately. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and down-to-earth, and he made me feel completely comfortable. He truly listened to what I wanted, asked thoughtful questions, and took the time to walk me through exactly what he would do—where incisions would be placed, how the skin would look, where lipo would be done, etc. He was by far the most detailed and thorough surgeon I met with. Based on his before-and-afters, it was clear he not only performs excellent surgery but also has an artistic eye for sculpting the body—especially when it comes to creating beautiful, natural-looking belly buttons. On the day of surgery, I was very nervous, but the moment Dr. Moores walked into the room, I felt instantly at ease. We were chatting and joking, which helped calm my nerves so much. I was very particular about how I wanted my breast implants to look, but I struggled to communicate it clearly. Dr. Moores patiently answered all of my questions and made me feel confident and genuinely excited about the surgery. I had a significant amount of loose skin and very deflated breasts. When I woke up from surgery, Dr. Moores was there explaining how everything went and showing me photos. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing—my body was unrecognizable in the best way possible. He gave me the breasts I had always dreamed of but didn’t even know were possible: full and perky, yet natural and not over-augmented. My stomach was snatched—he removed nearly 12 inches of skin—and my belly button is the cutest, most natural-looking thing. The next day, when I finally looked at my stomach in the mirror, I cried. After years of hard work, weight gain, weight loss, and three pregnancies, my body finally reflected the effort I had put into it. Now, just four weeks post-op, I can even see hints of abs. For the first time in years, I truly feel at home in my body. I cannot recommend Dr. Moores enough. He truly knows what he’s doing. His entire team was incredibly kind, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. Dr. Moores personally checked on me the night I got home from surgery and was always happy to answer questions. Recently, I messaged the clinic app on a Sunday morning with a question about my incision, fully expecting to hear back during business hours. I received a response from Dr. Moores himself in less than five minutes. If you’re considering plastic surgery, you won’t find a better surgeon.

I did extensive research on surgeons who preform proper en bloc breast implant removal surgeries from CA, NV and UT before I came to the decision that Dr. Rueben was the best. He has an excellent track record of happy patients, double board certified, beautiful results and he cherry picked the best staff. I was confident in his skills but very nervous about the anesthesia because I’m extremely sensitive and have not handled anesthesia well in the past. The anesthesiologist Sumer listened to my concerned and was so caring and reassuring. I woke up 15 minutes after the surgery feeling like I had a good nights sleep, zero negative side effects, no nausea or drugged feeling at all. I was so worried about removing my implants because I had no idea what my breasts would look like. After taking off my bandages and seeing the results for the first time, I was blown away. My husband and I both agree they look so good! I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Dr Rueben is a true artist and makes magic in his state of the art surgery center. I wanted to get my implants out for a long time. I had a consultation with a different surgeon who said he could take out my implants, but that I wouldn’t like the results and said my chest would look ‘sad’. He didn’t offer a breast lift, and I didn’t know it was an option. He suggested I just exchange the implants for new ones. I didn’t go through with it and didn’t know what to do. A year later I had a consultation with Dr Brian Reuben. He was so kind and supportive. He didn’t try to talk me into getting new implants. He suggested I have a breast lift. He did tell me I don’t have a lot of breast tissue but was optimistic and supportive of what I wanted. I am a year post op now. And I love my results. Dr Reuben did such a good job, and I got exactly what I wanted.
