This is a 37 year old mother of three who was tired of feeling self conscious about her body. Her goals for surgery were to have more symmetrical, smaller, and lifted breasts and to have her areolas reduced to be proportionate to her figure. The flat and toned abdominal section she desired was achieved with a tummy tuck and liposuction of her flanks. Her dramatic results are seen in her after photos, taken at her 9 month follow up visit. To achieve the beautiful results seen here, I performed an abdominoplasty along with liposuction on this 31 year old mother of 3. She is 5'0 and weighed 155 pounds before surgery. 1601 grams (3.5 lbs) were removed during her tummy tuck. Liposuction was then performed to remove 500ccs of fat from her upper abdomen. 1300cc of fat were removed from patients right upper and lower back. Another 1300 ccs were removed from her left upper and lower back. 1601 grams (3.5 pounds) of skin and tissue were removed during her abdominoplasty. As seen in her after photo, taken at her 9 month follow up visit, dramatic results with minimal scarring was achieved with Embrace Scar Therapy.
