45-54 year old woman treated with Breast Reconstruction

    This patient underwent bilateral mastectomies for a breast cancer. Tissue expanders were placed at the first stage, and subsequently exchanged for permanent implants. She has always wanted more full breasts, and this approach allowed us to achieve this.
