Rhinoplasty

This young woman is a 19 year old caucasian patient who had cosmetic surgery by another surgeon to adjust the profile and narrow the tip. The patient was dissatisfied with the result including the bulbous tip, and fullness in the profile above the tip and sought out Dr.Rawnsley for revision rhinoplasty. On evaluation and with the help of digital morphing, the patient was able to see the benefits of revision rhinoplasty. During surgery, major repair of injured tip cartilage and septal recontouring were required to optimize breathing and restore structural integrity of the nose, and reach the patient's aesthetic goals.
