    This patient wished to improve the appearance of her nose and to fix an “inverted V deformity” that resulted after her first rhinoplasty by a different surgeon. Dr. Nassif performed revision rhinoplasty and septoplasty. After 6 months, the patient’s severe inverted V deformity is resolved and her profile appears softer.
