Female Revision Rhinoplasty

Female patient desiring revision rhinoplasty following two previous surgeries. Her main complaints are her upturned nostril, nasal obstruction and short nose. Her postoperative photos show a healing nose with better symmetry and lower nostrils. Her nose is still swollen and will take a good year for complete healing, especially the composite grafts (base view).
