Implant-based breast reconstruction

This 59-year-old womanhad a breast cancer which was treated by bilateral mastectomy. She opted for immediate breast reconstruction with tissue expanders followed by placement of silicone, cohesive gel implants at a second-stage. After photos show an excellent shape and contour of her reconstructed breasts. She is very pleased with her newly-reconstructed breasts and will be undergoing bilateral nipple areolar complex reconstruction in the near future to complete her reconstruction.
