    50 year old male requesting removal of tattoo. Tattoo removal is best done with a laser, chemically trying to remove a tattoo is not very successful. Cuting out a tattoo leaves scars - the most effective way is with a laser. It may take several treatments but the cost is minimal when compared to a surgical procedure and scarring that the other two options leave.
