Breast reconstruction - Implants

This is a 42-year-old woman who had bilateral mastectomy for breast cancer. She opted for immediate bilateral tissue expander breast reconstruction followed by placement of silicone, cohesive gel breast implants. She completed her breast reconstruction with nipple reconstruction and areolar tattoing along with fat grafting to the breasts for contouring. After photos show size, shape, and symmetry of her reconstructed breasts with a perky and uplifted appearnace.
