    Patient presented with completely worn and chipped teeth due to years of grinding. She disliked the color of her teeth also and requested "larger and whiter teeth". A full mouth reconstruction was performed, which includes, reshaping all her gum tissue with a laser, crowning of her entire mouth and opening her bite at the same time.
