Age: 28 year old female.

Complaint: Saggy, flat breasts that are not attractive, and too small.

Goals: The surgical goals were to enlarge the breasts, raise the nipples, improve shape, and fullness, especially in the upper pole.

Surgical Notes: The patient underwent mastopexy using the “anchor incision” and breast augmentation. The implants were placed under the muscle.

Time Since Surgery: ~14 months.

Measurements: 5’4” 125 lbs

Bra Size Pre/Postop: 34 B / 36 C

Implants used: 420 cc’s to 450; McGhann style 68, Moderate Profile, Smooth Surface.
