45-54 year old woman treated with Breast Reconstruction

This patient was informed of her BRCA(+) status and wanted to stay onto of her health via a prophylactic mastectomy and breast reconstruction. Dr. Davison used a direct-to-implant approach with this patient. Dr. Davison used an IMF incision below the breast to place prepectoral cohesive SCF 560cc breast implants. Dr. Davison also tailored this reconstruction with some fat grafting to the upper poles of the breast to give the patient the fullness she desired.
