56 year-old woman with breast cancer. She elected to have a bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction at the same time as the mastectomies. We utilized her lower abdominal tissues (bilateral free DIEP flaps) to reconstruct her breasts and she subsequently underwent nipple reconstruction and tattoo.
