30 year old male, rhinoplasty

This is a 30-year-old male who presented for evaluation for an external rhinoplasty. He presented with difficulty breathing due to nasal injuries and broken noses on multiple occasions in sports. He underwent a septoplasty to improve his breathing and an external nose reshaping, or rhinoplasty, to reduce his nasal hump and to improve the shape of his nasal tip. He is seen approximately one year after surgery with improved breathing and a natural-appearing, well-balanced nose
