25 year old female, rhinoplasty

This is a 25-year-old female who presented for evaluation for nose reshaping. Her complaints are her nasal dorsal hump and the down-turned nasal tip. She underwent an open rhinoplasty with nasal dorsal hump reduction and refinement of the nasal tip. Her photographs were taken one year after her nasal surgery.
