Revision Rhinoplasty with rib cartilage grafting

This is a patient in her mid-20's who had undergone previous nasal surgery for nasal obstruction. She continued to have nasal obstruction after the first surgery and developed collapse of the middle portion of her nose and tip. Performed an open revision septorhinoplasty and used the patient's own rib cartilage to reconstruct her nasal support. Her tip rotation and nasal profile are much improved and the patient has no breathing restrictions as well. The postoperative photos are 6 months after surgery.
