    Case shows severe recession and root surface exposure on a patient. The post operative photo shows the excellent final results after performing a gingival (gum) graft using human allograft (Alloderm) to cover the large amount of area necessary. PT has almost no discomfort because there is no need to take tissue from the palate. Perfect results in both appearance and root coverage
