Breast implant revision with Strattice

This 30 something sales consultant had palpability and bottoming out of her breast implants. After several years of accepting this less than optimal result, she underwent revision. I inserted a slightly smaller implant per her request and also used Strattice to act as an internal bra to keep her implants where we wanted them and also to provide some "padding". She looks and feels great and feels that the extra expense of the Stattice was well worth the benefit it provided.
