    These are early photos only one month following Revision Rhinoplasty in my gracious patient. Though there is visible swelling in her tip, you can see a smaller more feminine nasal appearance after surgery. Her deep supra-alar creases are improved, and her hanging columella has been repaired. She required a columella strut and a tip graft to achieve these results.
