42 year old woman treated with implant breast reconstruction

    This 42 year old woman had bilateral mastectomies for invasive breast cancer. Dr. Rad performed reconstruction first with tissue expanders, followed 3 months later with exchange to 555 cc silicone gel implants as well as fat grafting to define the cleavage line.
